00:10 >> I think we're looking at everything right now.
00:19 We're considering everything and
00:21 we'll see where everything goes as we gather the information.
00:23 >> Yeah, I think we have an open mind.
00:24 You have an open mind and listen to these candidates and
00:27 do a really good job of pulling that information and gathering it.
00:31 And then also making good decisions to who we hire.
00:33 There's a lot of different ways to do it.
00:36 You have to have identity for sure.
00:38 But you also have to be able to adjust.
00:41 You have to be able to stand on something.
00:43 And a run of the football is one of them.
00:45 And I also think that being adjustable and adaptable is another one.
00:50 Getting the explosives, which I think was referred to there,
00:54 is obviously how you score points.
00:55 That's how you score points and again, we're gonna have to continue to grow that.
00:59 Really looking just to enhance the staff.
01:00 It's gotta be a good fit.
01:02 But you're looking for an all star staff on both sides.
01:06 And dynamic guys that can take from the classroom to the drill work and
01:12 then really put that on the field.
01:14 And that position is gonna be tying that together.
01:17 Of course, and working with me to do that as well.
01:20 But it's important that we find the right person that has
01:25 great character, that's a great motivator.
01:29 And it can be in front of the room when I'm not in there, when I'm with the offense,
01:33 or preparing for something else and working in other areas of the building.
01:37 But that's an important piece to it.
