00:02 - Obviously you wanna have somebody that's a great teacher.
00:21 You know, I think that's important because, you know,
00:23 he has to coach the coaches to coach the position.
00:25 I think that's the number one trait of any great coach.
00:28 You know, you have to be able to have the innovation,
00:31 to really look at the players that you have
00:35 and be able to help enhance and put those guys in position
00:38 to succeed and to get explosives
00:41 and to move the ball down the field.
00:42 So that right there, I think is the most important thing.
00:46 The teacher part of it and then the innovation part of it
00:48 and the creativity, I think is gonna be the offensive
00:51 coordinator and really any good coach knows how to adjust
00:55 and adapt to the play caller or the signal or the quarterback
00:59 because you have injury, right?
01:01 You have changes, you have,
01:02 you see it during the course of the year.
01:03 How many backups played this year?
01:05 You gotta adjust your scheme to fit the quarterback,
01:09 you know, and the skill set that you have available to you,
01:11 be that quarterback or receiver or tight end.
01:14 And the adaptability to be able to do that
01:16 during the course of a season is huge.
01:18 You know, so that would be.
01:19 - It depends on who's available for the skill, right?
01:22 You know, who's available for that game.
01:24 I think you gotta do multiple that way.
01:27 And who you playin'.
01:28 You know, is the team really good at stopping the run
01:29 and you're gonna have to find other ways
01:31 to move the ball down the field.
01:33 And I think that's what we're talking about,
01:34 the multiplicity of being able to bend and adjust,
01:39 not only, you know, before the game, but also in game.
01:42 I think you have to have identity for sure,
01:44 but you also have to be able to adjust.
01:47 You know, you have to be able to stand on something.
01:49 You know, a run of the football is one of them.
01:51 And I also think that being adjustable and adaptable
01:54 is another one.
01:55 You know, getting the explosives,
01:57 which I think, you know, was referred to there,
02:00 is obviously how you score points.
02:02 That's how you score points.
02:03 And again, we're gonna have to continue to grow that way.
