00:00 First of all, congratulations on winning the Remington Trophy Award.
00:05 Jackson Powers Johnson, you're the first Oregon Duck to ever do so,
00:10 and the first ever Pac-12 player to win it, the most outstanding center.
00:15 What does that mean to you?
00:17 I mean, it means a lot.
00:20 You know, I was fortunate to be around, you know, a lot of great players.
00:24 Sorry.
00:25 But, you know, it means a lot to me.
00:29 And especially being in such a, you know, great program as Oregon,
00:36 being the first one is great.
00:38 So.
00:39 What makes Bo Nix different than other quarterbacks?
00:44 I mean, what Bo brings to a program is so much more than what he does on the field.
00:50 He's a great guy.
00:52 He's your stereotypical franchise quarterback.
00:57 He's going to come in to a program, he's going to change it,
01:01 and he's going to do so while impacting the community.
01:05 And, you know, being a great teammate.
01:07 So he's amazing.
01:09 I think Bo would probably say the same thing about you.
01:12 Hopefully. I think he would.
01:14 What is something about you that maybe fans would be surprised to know about you?
01:19 Ooh, good question.
01:23 I play a lot of sports, but I also ballroom danced growing up quite a bit.
01:29 No, thank you.
01:30 Yeah, I did that quite a bit.
01:33 I competed one year.
01:34 I got like third in the state in the tango.
01:38 And then after that, I'd hang up the dance shoes and just play football.
01:42 So.
01:43 When did you end up hanging up the dance shoes?
01:47 I'd say last year, middle school.
01:50 Yeah, last year, middle school before I got into high school.
01:52 So.
01:54 Do you feel like you could still bust out the tango at any time?
01:56 Maybe end up getting a touchdown someday in the NFL?
02:00 I mean, yeah, ballroom dance is, you know, it's, you got to dance with somebody.
02:05 So it'd be tough to do.
02:06 But yeah, I feel like I got a little bit of dance moves.
02:09 I feel like you could recruit a teammate to go dance with you in the end zone if you scored a touchdown.
02:13 Yeah, probably.
02:15 Yeah.
