Ristorazione, Piacenti: “Con Authentica 40 mln di pasti e obiettivo sostenibilità”

(Adnkronos) - “È pronto al debutto, nel settore della ristorazione collettiva, Authentica, il terzo gruppo privato italiano da 200 milioni di fatturato, 4.000 dipendenti e 40 milioni di pasti. La sfida che abbiamo di fronte si chiama sostenibilità: ambientale, sociale, economica”. Lo ha dichiarato il Presidente e Amministratore delegato Massimo Piacenti in occasione della presentazione del progetto, tenutasi a Terni nella sede di Confindustria Umbria.
