00:40 Because I told him,

00:43 that now, when you go to the airport,

00:46 there's a lot of traffic.

00:47 We'll make a new highway,

00:50 skyway, connecting to NIA Expressway,

00:54 going down to Terminal 3 directly.

00:57 So, from skyway, you can be in Terminal 3

01:01 in about 10 minutes.

01:03 And then from Terminal 3,

01:05 when you arrive,

01:07 arrival passenger can easily go to skyway

01:11 and NIA Expressway in 5 minutes.

01:14 Because we'll also put a new 3-lane access.

01:19 And we'll also make a U-turn access going to Pasay.

01:23 So, what the President is saying,

01:25 going and from the airport will be seamless.

01:29 It's true.

01:30 I know that all of that will happen,

01:33 maybe up to next year of March.
