00:21 Well, usually when you would love to do kick boxing workout

00:33 kick boxing & how you can learn kick boxing at home
00:36 & you can practice anytime, anywhere
00:39 Well, so in this video is the basic one, so we will be doing some basic exercise so that you can prepare for some
00:46 good boxing & some good kicks
00:48 Alright, so here we start with kick boxing workout basics
00:53 So, just stand like this
00:56 your feet apart & little bit you have to bend your knees & push back

01:04 That's it, if you find it fast just do it, so

01:18 breath out so that your core portion becomes tight
01:23 and then you can do it fast & fast
01:29 you can do this in the beginning say about 15-20 seconds

02:35 alright, so for the kicks we will start with some basic things & that is the squats, ok

02:54 and then you can turn your squats & do little challenging
03:01 these are some warm up exercise for your kick boxing
03:10 you can do this warm up for about overall 15-20 minutes
