00:23 The Fast cardio, yes the fast fat burning workout which is telling us that we are at level 1, level 2 & we are at level 3
00:31 Just 5 mins, 10 mins or 15 mins, you will burn so much fat & become slim & attractive.

00:42 when you were at level 1 & level 2, you must have felt the burn
00:46 You can do this in your office, you can do this in your home, you can do this in your daily life
00:50 So, we are ready for our level 3, as we are increasing our level, our fat is getting stuck
