00:00Hi & Welcome at F3 Kavita's Yobics. Well dear friends, there is a good news for you all.
00:23Because today I am going to tell you 3 simple exercises which will help you to get rid of your side fat which you call as love handles.
00:32Whether you are a man or a woman, everyone is worried about how to get rid of this side fat.
00:40So that you can wear your favorite dresses.
00:44So, I am going to tell you 3 simple exercises after which you can wear your all favorite dresses which you have kept in your cupboard or locker.
00:54So, you can do this exercise at any time, whether you are at home or in office.
00:59Whether you are travelling or cooking in the kitchen, you can do this exercise at any time and have a great shape.
01:08So, let's start with exercise no-1
01:12This is a very simple exercise which we do when we lift our legs.
01:17So, we have to lift our legs very easily and we have to bend towards the side where we lift our legs.
01:24But make sure, if you want to give more effect then don't bend forward but keep your body little bit backward and then
01:31lift your legs and touch your hands with your hands and go down as much as you can.
01:43And when you bend towards the side, then you have to breathe out.
01:49And make sure don't bend ahead, keep your body little bit straight and bend backward.
01:57You can do this exercise around 12-15 in the beginning and you can extend it.
02:12You can take it around 20-25 and you can do 2-3 sets of this.
02:19So, this is exercise no-1 which is very simple.
02:24Now i will show you the exercise no-2 which is very much similar to this exercise but there will be little variation in it.
02:31When we lift our legs then we have to bend our legs and when we lift our legs then we have to bend our legs like this.
02:40And here we have to touch our heels and again body little lean backward not forward.
02:49We have to stay little bit backward and
02:55Again you have to breathe out when you bend to the side.
03:08Don't lift your legs here and there but on the sides.
03:12When we lift our legs on the sides then we have to bend our legs.
03:19This was exercise no-2 and exercise no-3 is again very simple exercise.
03:28In this what you have to do is, you have to keep one leg in front and the other leg at the back.
03:32And the side where we are going to bend, i have kept this leg at the front, so you have to take this hand upwards and you have to bend.
03:46Again keep this hand closer to your body.
03:49And try to bend as much as you can.
03:523-4-5, this also you can do around 10-15 in the beginning.
04:06This leg is forward then i will just take this hand upwards.
04:19So, these were very 3 simple exercise, in fact very simple exercise which you can do anywhere.
04:31And you can have a great shape and wear whatever you want to wear.
