00:15 but they just seem to be shouting and bothering people, you know what I mean,

00:23 it's just not on, there's just too many of them now, you know what I mean.

00:31 I'm not sure, to be honest, I don't come into Shetland that often,

00:35 so I don't know if I can really comment on that fully, I'm not sure.

00:39 Well, I live at Mossburn, it's not really, it's not an issue,

00:42 it's quite a quiet little village really, so no, not really.

00:49 I don't think there's too much anti-social behaviour,

00:51 it's a lot of the down and outs and stuff like that, and of course a lot of it,

00:56 I've just seen some actually going up on Division Street,

00:59 there's too much of it going on and the police aren't doing enough about it.

01:03 I know there's new powers coming in, it's a bit dubious that they don't know what yet,

01:07 but there is quite a lot of it and the police don't do anything.

01:12 We've got them by us and they're in private land and the police won't move them on

01:15 because they go to private land, and you know, because the housing association

01:19 sold half the building plot to somebody else, which we do believe was illegal,

01:25 and therefore they can't move them. So at the moment we've got down and out druggies

01:30 living in a car park that the police won't move on and nobody can really do much about,

01:34 and all we do is hear them screaming and shouting in the early hours of the morning all the time,

01:39 and nobody does anything about it because the police are absolutely useless because they're so corrupt.

01:48 Yes, yes, I'll say there is a big problem with anti-social behaviour, especially here.

01:55 As even just up the road High Street in the Barnaulds, they're having to play carbon music now

01:59 because school kids are now gallivanting around and doing all sorts of things that just isn't

02:06 politically acceptable and doesn't go with the norms and values of our society.
