Would you like to live in Sheffield city centre?
Transcript
00:00Living in the city centre just makes getting to the shops and getting things a lot easier.
00:05The city life is a lot better in the sense that you can get around, get to the grocery shops, get to what you need done.
00:15Everything's within reach without having to get in a vehicle and paying those costs of petrol to get around back and forth.
00:22So yes, I would live in a city centre.
00:25Is there anything you'd like to see changed?
00:29I would like to see council put a little bit more effort into the town centres.
00:33There's a lot of rubbish all over the place, get rid of a lot of things.
00:37But in general, we are kind of getting down to the right track.
00:43But a little bit more focus on the locals and cleanliness around everything.
00:48That would be quite nice.
00:51I haven't really been a fan of living in a city centre anyway.
00:54I think I'd rather stay in a suburban area.
00:57That's where I've lived my whole life. I quite like it that way.
01:00So whether they change roads or anything in general, I wouldn't live in a city centre.
01:07It's just my personal preference.
01:09Why not?
01:11I'm from Manchester, so town centres just don't resonate well with my head.
01:18I just always think they're very busy and very manic.
01:21Obviously Sheffield's a lot quieter, but it's still a lot busier than I prefer.
01:26I just prefer suburban areas more, so I just wouldn't do it.
