Lo ha detto Carlo Fidanza, Commissione per i trasporti e il turismo - Parlamento Europeo, intervenuto alla prima giornata degli ‘Stati generali delle ingegnerie digitali’, la due giorni dedicata all’innovazione urbana organizzata dall’Ordine Ingegneri di Milano presso l’Acquario civico del capoluogo lombardo.
