00:00 I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
00:04 In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
00:06 Ladies and gentlemen, peace be upon you.
00:10 We are once again here with you with the topic of Shariah and Hanafi jurisprudence.
00:17 A young man asked, "If I win the match, I will give my brother 500 rupees.
00:24 Is this a commandment or just my own wish?"
00:28 See, this is just your own wish.
00:30 And it is permissible if a two-sided condition is set.
00:35 If I win the match, you will give me 500 rupees.
00:39 If I lose, I will give you.
00:41 Then this condition is such that
00:44 if there is a bet of some money,
00:47 the other person's entire or some money is taken.
00:49 And the other person is deprived of his entire or some money.
00:53 This is called gambling.
00:54 But when it is one-sided,
00:56 like we say that if I win, I will give everyone a trade.
00:59 There is no harm in this.
01:00 This is a psychological permissible condition.
01:02 And it is not a commandment because
01:04 a commandment is actually a promise made by Allah.
01:08 And it is said with such a loud voice that you should listen to it.
01:12 And in that too, when we promise to worship,
01:15 then it is called a commandment.
01:16 That is, something should be mentioned
01:19 that is obligatory or obligatory on us.
01:22 For example, it is obligatory for us to pray.
01:24 If I have done something,
01:26 then I will pray two rak'ahs for the sake of Allah.
01:29 Or I will pray two rak'ahs for Allah.
01:31 So now this prayer will be performed,
01:33 and it is obligatory to pray for it.
01:37 So this commandment is absolutely correct.
01:39 But here, since Allah has not been mentioned,
01:41 no promise has been made to Allah.
01:43 Therefore, even though when we give charity,
01:45 then zakat and charity of nature are obligatory on us.
01:50 But since there is no promise from Allah,
01:52 it is just an expression of an intention.
01:54 So this is just an intention, not a commandment.
01:56 Now if you want to fulfill it, it is better not to do it.
01:58 Then there will be no sin.
02:00 He asked that can you give zakat to your mother-in-law?
02:04 Yes, you can give it.
02:06 Provided that she is not a Sayyida.
02:08 Number one. Number two.
02:10 She is not a Malika-e-Nisab.
02:12 That is, she does not have enough wealth
02:14 that she is called Sahiba-e-Nisab.
02:16 Malika-e-Nisab or Sahiba-e-Nisab
02:18 will be that woman who has seven and a half tons of gold
02:21 or fifty-five tons of silver
02:23 or so much cash or price bond
02:25 that reaches the financial status of fifty-five tons of silver
02:28 which today is up to one hundred twenty-five thousand.
02:32 Or she does not have so much commercial wealth
02:34 that her financial status reaches fifty-five tons of silver.
02:37 And if we assume that she is not separate like this,
02:39 but if there is a little wealth,
02:41 still when we add up all of their financial status,
02:44 then it does not reach fifty-five tons of silver.
02:48 And suppose if it reaches,
02:50 then there is so much loan on them that if they pay the loan,
02:53 then this Nisab will not remain.
02:55 In all these cases, she will be called Sharai-e-Faqeera.
02:58 If they do not have so much wealth,
03:00 then they can give Zakat.
03:02 If there is so much wealth, then they cannot give.
03:05 Just be careful.
03:06 There are other problems with this,
03:08 but I was able to point out this much in a short time.
03:10 A sister asked that can a woman wax under legs from a woman?
03:14 Skin has been damaged by cream.
03:16 See, our Shari principle of Islam is that
03:20 from the navel to the knees,
03:22 no man can open his body in front of a man or a woman in front of a woman.
03:28 This is called Sitar.
03:29 And opening the position of Sitar in front of someone is a sin and is Haram.
03:34 Yes, the needs are exceptional.
03:36 I will tell you a brief explanation of this.
03:38 It is something to understand.
03:40 One word is Zorrat, one is Hajat,
03:42 one is Manfaat and one is Zeenat.
03:46 In Zorrat, we get things that we will be destroyed without.
03:50 In Hajat, we get things that we will not be destroyed without,
03:53 but can be difficult to live without.
03:55 In Manfaat, we get things that are neither destroyed nor difficult to live without.
03:58 Yes, if we get them, it will be beneficial.
04:00 Like if there are two shops, then we can have more shops.
04:02 And the fourth is Zeenat.
04:04 If we do not have all these three things, then we get decorations.
04:07 So, always remember that opening the position of Sitr
04:09 can be as much as Zorrat or as much as a strict Hajat.
04:13 Not as much as Manfaat or Zeenat.
04:16 And getting the vexation done,
04:18 it will be as much as Zeenat or as much as Manfaat.
04:21 Therefore, it is not Sharan Jaiz.
04:23 Yes, when there is a need, for example,
04:25 like in foreign countries, especially our sisters,
04:27 there are issues of delivery.
04:29 If there is a non-man, then the Sitar can be opened in front of him.
04:32 Because it is such a need, such a need,
04:34 that without anyone's help, a person cannot complete it in general.
04:38 So, there will be permission.
04:40 There are check-ups of such women.
04:42 Sometimes, they are taken out of the house,
04:44 especially by an appointment from a doctor.
04:46 And he is a male doctor.
04:48 And the check-up of the body is done.
04:50 And it is so necessary that if not done,
04:52 the disease will increase, the infection will increase.
04:54 Due to which life will become very difficult.
04:56 Sometimes it can be taken towards destruction.
04:58 So, in such a situation, the Sitr can be opened there.
05:01 In the same way, sometimes there can be many more examples of this.
05:04 But now we have to see that when you want to decide
05:07 whether I can do this or not.
05:09 I will say that you should take a fatwa from a good Mufti.
05:12 Because in every situation, in every type,
05:15 you should reach the right conclusion.
05:17 This is not necessary.
05:18 But keep in mind that if you want to do something illegal,
05:21 that I will do it because I need it,
05:23 then see to what extent it is.
05:25 Will you die without it?
05:27 Is it in a severe need?
05:29 Or is it only in benefit or in adornment?
05:31 If you feel the need of a severe need,
05:33 then you should ask the Ulema and then do it.
05:36 And in the degree of adornment and benefit,
05:38 your own mind is telling it that it is adornment or benefit.
05:41 Leave it.
05:42 Then you cannot commit illegal acts in adornment and benefit.
05:45 A brother said that it is my printing work.
05:48 I have to make a picture of a human or an animal on T-shirts, cups, glasses.
05:55 Is it right or not?
05:56 But avoid making a face as much as possible.
05:59 Because the real face is this picture.
06:01 This is the face.
06:02 This is our face.
06:03 This is the face of an animal.
06:05 If you make an empty outline,
06:07 if you do not make the eyes and nose clear, then it will work.
06:10 But if you make a complete face, then this is not right.
06:13 Avoid it.
06:16 A brother said that I got a house in inheritance
06:19 and I gave it to him on rent for 21,000.
06:22 Will Zakat be made on rent or not?
06:25 Whereas the rent that comes, is spent in the whole house.
06:28 See, you will not get Zakat in this at all.
06:31 Because it is a house of inheritance, you have got it.
06:33 There was no financial trade.
06:35 If you had taken it for the purpose of investment,
06:37 then Zakat would have been made every year.
06:39 And the other thing is that the rent that is coming,
06:41 is not safe for a year.
06:43 It is spent immediately.
06:44 So, you will not get Zakat at all.
06:47 A girl asked that if the parents die,
06:50 there are elder brother and uncle.
06:52 Now if she wants to get married,
06:54 will she take permission from her brother or uncle?
06:57 See, asking from uncle is not right.
06:59 Because uncle is in the family.
07:02 You should ask him only.
07:03 And after taking permission from uncle,
07:05 you should take a step.
07:06 And they are elder,
07:07 so their respect and courtesy should be taken into consideration.
07:10 A brother said that if in front of the witnesses,
07:13 the husband asks the wife,
07:15 that you are my wife,
07:16 she says that yes, I am your wife,
07:18 then is the marriage renewed or not?
07:21 But it will be done.
07:22 It will be done with this too.
07:23 Because anyway, she is in a relationship.
07:25 The wife is called in a temporary relationship of the husband.
07:28 Although she does not get the full right of the master.
07:31 But anyway, the husband gets the authority over the wife in a way.
07:36 And such sentences can be used for marriage.
07:39 But it is better to say this.
07:41 Say like this,
07:42 that do you allow me to marry you in exchange of so much right?
07:48 The woman says I gave permission.
07:50 And then in response,
07:51 say that I accepted you as my wife.
07:55 We will take a short break.
07:58 We are sure you will be with us.
08:00 In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, the ever Merciful.
08:02 A brother has asked that he drives a bike,
08:05 he said that sometimes he books a ride.
08:09 When we reach there,
08:10 it is known that there is a woman in front of us,
08:13 who has booked it.
08:14 Now if we cancel it,
08:16 then we will be charged Rs. 16 per 100.
08:19 Now if the ride is for Rs. 600,
08:21 then Rs. 16 will be charged per 100.
08:24 So it is a big loss for us.
08:26 And all the petrol we have used,
08:28 all that petrol will be wasted.
08:30 If we get 2-4 rides in a day,
08:33 and we cancel them,
08:35 then it is a big loss.
08:36 As much as we earn,
08:37 some of it will be spent.
08:38 So can we make a woman sit behind a stranger?
08:42 See, it is not right for a stranger woman to sit behind a man directly.
08:47 Firstly, in this respect,
08:48 the body will be touched,
08:50 and then the woman will sit so close.
08:52 So it is a must that the mental state can be changed.
08:55 And we should avoid this.
08:57 Secondly, if someone,
08:58 suppose, does not know you,
09:00 and sees that you are taking a woman,
09:02 then it is necessary to present it on suspicion.
09:04 So we should avoid it as much as possible.
09:07 But sometimes,
09:08 in such areas where women are more dominant,
09:11 and if they do not do it,
09:12 then it is enough for a man.
09:14 And nowadays, the cases of poverty,
09:16 Al-Aman and Al-Hafiz,
09:17 I feel that people are in more contact than me.
09:21 More than me does not mean that I am presenting a comparison
09:24 that less than the rest of the scholars, more than me.
09:26 There are many more than me.
09:27 Let's say the words like this,
09:28 so that no one feels bad.
09:30 The reason is that we are working at an international level,
09:32 and my number is also common.
09:33 So when people talk about their compulsion,
09:35 they touch their ears and thank Allah,
09:37 'Allah, I am thankful to you that you have kept me better than millions.'
09:40 Now if we explain them the issues of Taqwa,
09:43 then it is necessary that they will act on our request,
09:46 but their life will become extremely difficult.
09:49 Then the way forward is that
09:51 it is better that you take a big bag,
09:53 fill it with some rice,
09:54 even if it is very light,
09:55 and put it on your back,
09:57 so that if a woman sits,
09:58 it will be a long distance.
10:00 Or if you can put a thick wooden sheet in the middle,
10:03 so that if a woman touches it easily,
10:05 it will not touch your body at all.
10:07 Then you can do such matters
10:09 and then make the woman sit.
10:12 That too when there are many such legal compulsions.
10:15 If you get one case in a month,
10:17 then leave it.
10:18 This is better.
10:19 But when there are many cases,
10:21 then it is not Taqwa,
10:22 but Fatwa is followed.
10:23 And I have mentioned the matter of Fatwa in your service.
10:27 He says, 'A sister has asked me three questions to answer.
10:30 First is why people are far from Islamic teachings.
10:34 Look, there are so many reasons for this,
10:36 that if I explain it for two hours, it will be less.
10:39 And in my most statements,
10:40 the statements that are outside of me,
10:42 I keep emphasizing them.
10:44 That the first reason for being far from Islamic teachings
10:46 is that there is no practice of Islamic teachings in our homes.
10:50 And why is it not there?
10:51 Because in our mosques,
10:53 there are no means of spreading Islamic teachings.
10:57 I am not talking about every mosque,
10:59 but most of the mosques are such that
11:00 there is a school for the children's observation,
11:02 a school for memorization,
11:03 and nothing else.
11:04 There, no women or men can gather
11:07 and gain knowledge.
11:09 No courses are conducted.
11:11 Committees do not consider seriously.
11:13 The matters are disturbed in the homes of the committees themselves.
11:16 So, because we do not have consciousness,
11:18 the means of gaining knowledge,
11:21 like this house,
11:22 the second is a very big mosque,
11:24 then take the third school,
11:25 take the college or the university,
11:26 look at its syllabus,
11:27 the Islamic religion,
11:28 there are very brief teachings,
11:30 I do not deny this,
11:31 but very brief teachings,
11:33 which do not even meet the personal needs of a person,
11:36 in terms of creed,
11:37 in terms of legal and practical rules,
11:40 in terms of the knowledge of minor and major physical sins,
11:44 then it is necessary that when this environment is formed,
11:47 then how will it be?
11:48 And then if a child comes to become a pious person,
11:51 to learn the knowledge of religion,
11:52 then thousands of people come,
11:53 why are you ruining your life?
11:55 Brother, you will not get anything by becoming a Muslim.
11:57 Will you keep breaking the bread of the mosque?
11:59 What does it mean?
12:00 According to the knowledge of religion,
12:01 the only result of learning the knowledge of religion
12:03 and its end is
12:04 that by joining the mosque and eating the offerings of people,
12:07 is this considered to be its end?
12:09 So, there is a lot of confusion,
12:10 so many big scholars are working in the world,
12:12 are they all like this?
12:13 So, giving negative thoughts to children,
12:15 presenting a horrific scene,
12:17 although those who are studying in the universities,
12:19 have big degrees in their hands,
12:21 and I know many,
12:22 they have a burger stall,
12:24 they have a chips stall,
12:25 that there is no employment.
12:27 So, the reason you were refusing to come to the religion,
12:30 that your economic problems will not be solved,
12:33 so what will be solved by going there?
12:35 Educated boys are snatching mobile phones at gunpoint,
12:38 you see, you find out,
12:39 how educated people are,
12:40 they use their mind,
12:41 in negative things,
12:43 this and that,
12:45 this is the reward of Pakistan,
12:47 this is the reward of that,
12:49 this is that,
12:50 there is a whole network,
12:51 can an ignorant person do this?
12:52 These are educated people,
12:54 when there is no employment,
12:55 they go this way.
12:56 So, in short,
12:57 when a Muslim himself,
12:58 when he goes deep into Islamic teachings,
13:01 sees a child and feels restless,
13:04 and keeps him away from him,
13:05 this will be the result of the society.
13:08 Now, what is the solution to this?
13:10 The solution is that we ourselves learn Islamic teachings,
13:12 and now, as much as Allah gives us the opportunity,
13:14 to our own circle of influence,
13:16 we should try to spread it.
13:18 Don't make the mind that I should learn and work all over the world.
13:20 If you work in the neighborhood of ten people,
13:23 it is a big deal all your life,
13:24 and today there is social media,
13:26 you can work in lakhs.
13:27 I will answer the other questions,
13:29 the caller is with me.
13:30 Assalamu alaikum.
13:31 Assalamu alaikum.
13:34 Assalamu alaikum.
13:35 Waalaikum Assalam.
13:36 Hello.
13:38 Brother, I can hear you, please speak.
13:40 Sir, I have a question for Maulana Sahib.
13:43 Speak son, speak, don't stop,
13:45 keep speaking continuously.
13:47 Sir, I have a question,
13:49 that my wife,
13:50 I heard you close,
13:51 that my wife…
13:52 Leave that, just tell me your question.
13:54 I am very sorry,
13:57 the line got disconnected.
13:59 Just tell me your question,
14:00 what did you say,
14:01 don't say it,
14:02 it will take time.
14:03 The caller is with me.
14:04 Assalamu alaikum.
14:05 Waalaikum Assalam.
14:06 Brother, are you fine?
14:07 Yes, Allah is great.
14:08 Brother, I have two questions.
14:09 The first question is that
14:10 if we want to understand the Holy Quran,
14:12 how should we do it,
14:13 so that we understand it?
14:15 And the second question is that
14:17 if we tell about the prophecy,
14:19 that this is going to happen after three months,
14:21 after six months,
14:22 to what extent can we believe in Islam
14:24 on this prophecy?
14:25 Please answer this.
14:26 Waalaikum Assalam.
14:27 Waalaikum Assalam.
14:28 Wa Rahmatullah.
14:29 For the sister,
14:30 see how the Quran is understood,
14:32 my request is that
14:33 you should not watch everything on social media.
14:37 People will say that
14:38 the Quran is very easy,
14:39 you should read it yourself,
14:40 don't understand it from any Maulvi.
14:42 Now think yourself that
14:43 Allah has stated in the Quran that
14:45 "He recites to them His verses,
14:46 and teaches them His Book and Wisdom."
14:49 He recites the Quran to the companions,
14:52 purifies their souls,
14:54 and teaches them the Book and Wisdom.
14:57 That is,
14:58 despite being the companions of the Arabic language,
15:00 despite being the companions of the Quran,
15:02 they were dependent on the Prophet.
15:04 Because one is the apparent of the Quran,
15:06 which you understand from the translation,
15:08 and one is the purpose of Allah.
15:10 What does Allah want to say to this,
15:12 what is the reason for its revelation,
15:14 what is the background to it,
15:15 how will you know that?
15:16 So if you read the translation,
15:17 you will understand it.
15:18 It is wrong.
15:19 My request is that
15:20 you should go to YouTube,
15:21 I had recorded a commentary in QTV for three years,
15:24 with the name of 'Tadabbur-e-Quran'.
15:26 You will find it,
15:27 you should start watching it from episode 1,
15:29 you will understand the basics of the Quran to a great extent.
15:31 Since I am a common man,
15:32 I speak on every verse with the effort
15:35 that there is guidance and reformation for the people,
15:38 and a learning aspect.
15:40 I definitely speak on that.
15:41 Similarly, if there is anything about the belief,
15:43 then you should clarify the belief.
15:45 InshaAllah, the Quran will play a very good role in understanding.
15:48 Apart from this,
15:49 you should do a course on the commentary of the Quran
15:51 from a good institution.
15:53 But even in that,
15:54 you do not understand the whole Quran.
15:55 It is about specific verses.
15:57 My best advice is that you should start from here,
15:59 then you can contact me,
16:01 I will tell you the next step.
16:03 And the second one said,
16:04 how to have faith on predictions.
16:06 See, do not have any faith on this.
16:08 How many people are sitting on TV,
16:10 which team will win?
16:11 They are predicting and telling,
16:12 this team will win.
16:13 It comes last.
16:15 This is the condition of their predictions.
16:16 Do not get upset.
16:17 If someone predicts 100 and gets stuck in 4,
16:20 then you should come with me.
16:22 I do not know any art of this,
16:23 I am aware of the movement of the stars.
16:25 I will make 10 predictions,
16:26 InshaAllah 5 or 6 will be successful.
16:28 This is the style,
16:29 the environment,
16:30 by making such predictions,
16:31 and these are the cases.
16:32 You should not have any faith on this.
16:34 In fact, our Prophet (pbuh)
16:36 forbade contacting such people.
16:39 That by looking at the stars,
16:40 the hand,
16:41 the palmist is telling something,
16:42 the movement of the stars,
16:43 even though these are sciences,
16:44 I am not denying this.
16:46 But our Prophet forbade this.
16:48 And the reason for this was that
16:49 if these sciences were kept intact in that time,
16:51 if these resources were kept intact,
16:54 then someone could have said about the Prophet (pbuh)
16:57 that the unseen news that you are giving
16:59 by asking the movement of the stars,
17:00 or by asking some priest,
17:01 or by finding out some information,
17:03 then your prophethood would have been doubted.
17:06 Then how would people believe?
17:07 They would say that what the common people are doing,
17:08 you are also doing,
17:09 and you have declared all of them as Haram.
17:10 Now when a Prophet is giving unseen news,
17:12 then it is obvious that he is not giving it through those resources,
17:14 because they have been forbidden.
17:15 So this is definitely the result of the revelation of God.
17:17 That is why I request you
17:19 not to believe in these things.
17:21 These are sciences,
17:22 I am not denying this.
17:23 You can also think that this is right,
17:24 I am not denying this.
17:25 I am not denying this at all.
17:26 But these are not 100% with certainty.
17:29 Misconceptions are created.
17:31 Now read in the newspaper
17:32 how this week will be,
17:33 it is written sometimes.
17:34 It is written in it that
17:35 this week be careful with your close people.
17:37 Now a person becomes a victim of misconceptions for no reason.
17:40 Wife is laughing too much,
17:41 why is she laughing?
17:42 Mother-in-law suddenly comes home,
17:43 why did she come suddenly?
17:45 Sister-in-law suddenly went to the bathroom,
17:47 why did she go?
17:48 We will send the kids,
17:49 see if she has put a talisman under the chickpea flour.
17:51 So such matters,
17:52 our Shariah
17:53 orders to avoid these things.
17:55 There is one more caller.
17:56 Assalamu Alaikum.
17:57 Assalamu Alaikum, Mukhtar sahib.
17:59 Wa Alaikum Assalam.
18:00 Mukhtar sahib, I have a question.
18:02 A person has asked me that
18:04 if someone is talking on mobile
18:09 and the voice of mobile is not coming properly,
18:11 something is cutting, something is coming,
18:13 something is cutting, something is coming,
18:15 but the speaker,
18:16 he is a person with a big position,
18:18 but because of that he is saying yes, yes, yes.
18:20 He is saying yes, yes, yes.
18:21 He is understanding something,
18:22 he is not understanding anything.
18:23 Yes, yes.
18:24 Suppose in such a situation,
18:25 if he says that
18:26 you have divorced your wife,
18:28 so he is understanding something,
18:30 he is not understanding anything,
18:31 he has said yes,
18:32 he is understanding something,
18:33 he is not understanding anything,
18:34 he has said yes in this situation.
18:35 So will this affect the health of the marriage?
18:37 Okay, I will tell.
18:38 Yes, I will tell, Inshallah.
18:40 There is one more caller.
18:41 Assalamu Alaikum.
18:43 Wa Alaikum Assalam,
18:44 Wa Alaikum Assalam,
18:45 Wa Alaikum Assalam,
18:46 Wa Alaikum Assalam,
18:47 Speak.
18:48 Mr. Mursi,
18:49 I wanted to ask that
18:50 there is a woman who is taking divorce
18:52 in front of the judge,
18:54 the man is not present,
18:55 he is not giving divorce,
18:57 so can she be divorced?
18:59 The witnesses are not present,
19:01 she is not even given a notice of any kind,
19:03 she is not even informed.
19:04 Okay, I will tell, Inshallah.
19:06 I will tell, brother.
19:08 Okay, see,
19:09 the mobile issue that you asked,
19:11 in this divorce will not happen.
19:13 Because when you don't know what he is asking,
19:15 he is saying yes, yes,
19:16 so that the boss is not upset.
19:18 And sometimes this happens with us too.
19:20 I don't say yes,
19:21 but it happens that
19:23 we are talking,
19:24 and the boss is saying yes, yes,
19:25 and later when I asked,
19:26 his voice was cut off,
19:27 so I couldn't understand what he was saying.
19:29 So this happens when the voice is not understood,
19:31 the talk is not understood,
19:32 and this is only because the boss is not upset,
19:34 and to avoid his anger,
19:35 he is saying yes, yes,
19:36 he is saying yes, yes,
19:37 so this will not really lead to divorce.
19:39 Take this example,
19:40 that someone wrote divorce on a paper
19:42 and hid it in front of him,
19:44 and he asked him to sign it.
19:45 He signed it.
19:46 Later he found out that it was a divorce,
19:48 and this divorce will not happen.
19:50 Because he didn't know what he was signing on.
19:52 Or he wanted to give one divorce.
19:54 He said,
19:55 prepare a stamp paper for one divorce.
19:57 He prepared it,
19:58 and he wrote three in it,
20:00 and he signed it.
20:01 So one divorce will happen.
20:03 Because he said one.
20:04 Yes, if he read the article,
20:05 three are written,
20:06 and then signed,
20:07 then there will be only three.
20:08 But if he didn't read the article,
20:09 and said one,
20:10 and signed it without seeing,
20:12 then only one divorce would have happened.
20:14 Here, because he didn't hear the article,
20:16 so the divorce will not happen.
20:18 In this context,
20:19 there was a lot of discussion in the past few days,
20:21 that if there is a marriage in the drama,
20:23 then will it happen or not?
20:25 And if the husband and wife are playing the role of a drama,
20:28 and the husband divorces the wife,
20:30 then will the divorce happen or not?
20:32 So the answer to this is that it will not happen.
20:34 Neither will there be a marriage,
20:35 nor will there be a divorce.
20:36 The reason for this is that
20:37 for a marriage,
20:38 it is necessary that the witness also knows about the marriage,
20:40 and the intention of the marriage.
20:42 And then,
20:43 the girl who is getting married,
20:45 her real name should be taken as her father's name,
20:47 so that the witness can identify her.
20:49 Or if the name is not taken,
20:50 then it should be taken as Musharun Ilaiha,
20:53 and it should be indicated that
20:54 this is her marriage with you.
20:56 There, this does not happen.
20:57 There is a girl sitting,
20:58 and the groom is sitting.
20:59 Qazi Sahib says,
21:00 I have given this girl to you in your marriage.
21:03 He mentions the name of the character,
21:05 but does not mention the real name.
21:07 The groom also knows that nothing is happening.
21:09 So, this does not mean that a marriage will take place.
21:12 Similarly, if a divorce is given,
21:13 and the husband and wife are also there,
21:15 then there will be no divorce.
21:17 Why? First, let us understand the reason for this.
21:18 There will be no divorce.
21:19 The reason is that
21:20 what is written in the script,
21:21 he is repeating it.
21:22 This is called 'hikayat'.
21:24 One thing is to state it.
21:26 This does not mean a divorce.
21:27 As we know in Asadza,
21:29 when we teach children the book of divorce,
21:31 how many times do we say this sentence,
21:32 I have divorced my wife.
21:34 Because we have to quote,
21:35 it is written in it that
21:36 if someone says,
21:37 I have divorced my wife,
21:38 I have divorced my wife.
21:39 We also say that sentence.
21:40 So, how will the divorce take place?
21:41 No.
21:42 This is actually to state what is written.
21:44 'Iqaa'e talaq'
21:45 means that there is no intention to make a divorce.
21:48 So, there will be no divorce.
21:50 Yes, if in the drama,
21:51 the husband decides that
21:53 I am divorcing my wife,
21:54 then there will be a divorce.
21:55 But if the script is only intended to repeat the words,
21:58 then there will be no divorce.
21:59 We will take a short break.
22:00 We are sure that he will be with us.
22:02 In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
22:04 One question was asked that
22:05 the husband is not divorcing the wife.
22:07 He is giving her divorce.
22:08 She goes to the judge and
22:09 gets a one-sided divorce.
22:11 'Fasq' means to end.
22:13 'Fasq-e-Nikaa' means to end the marriage.
22:15 Which is commonly known as 'Khula'.
22:17 That is, the divorce is taken from the court.
22:18 Although, this is not 'Khula'.
22:19 The difference between divorce and divorce is that
22:21 if you say the words of divorce without money,
22:24 then it is divorce.
22:25 And if you give in return for money,
22:27 then it is divorce.
22:28 So, the one-sided degree obtained from the court
22:31 is neither divorce nor divorce.
22:33 You see, the judge,
22:34 in the position of a husband,
22:35 says that he is ending the marriage.
22:37 This is called 'Fasq-e-Nikaa'.
22:39 There are two cases in this.
22:40 In some cases, it is valid,
22:42 and in some cases, it is not.
22:44 Now, the question you asked about the sister,
22:46 what is her situation,
22:47 she will explain the whole situation,
22:49 then the order is given.
22:51 And if the order is to be given,
22:54 that is, she will be allowed,
22:55 that she can leave her life one-sidedly,
22:58 then there is no need for a witness
22:59 or a notice.
23:00 Remember this.
23:01 Then, if she is really telling the truth,
23:03 then she will be allowed.
23:04 Now, what reasons can there be?
23:06 For that, our advice will be that
23:08 I will explain here,
23:09 but I cannot explain it completely.
23:10 There are many issues in this.
23:11 In short,
23:12 if the husband is committing a great injustice,
23:15 he is not able to maintain a physical relationship.
23:18 One case, which is called 'Mata'reen-Neen',
23:21 or if a person is missing,
23:23 he went to a war zone,
23:24 there is no news of his death,
23:25 no contact,
23:26 this is called 'Mafqud-ul-Khabar'.
23:28 There are some conditions for this.
23:30 After that, the judge can get it finished one-sidedly.
23:33 Apart from this,
23:34 there are some cases where the husband is very cruel,
23:36 he is an addict,
23:37 he gambles,
23:38 beats,
23:39 breaks teeth,
23:40 attacks with a knife,
23:42 to break his head,
23:43 he has hit bricks.
23:44 So, the scholars sometimes say with certainty
23:49 that the divorce of the court will not be implemented.
23:51 If her husband is doing this with her own daughter,
23:54 then we will ask,
23:55 how will it not be implemented now?
23:56 That is why we do not make any decision immediately.
23:59 In such cases,
24:00 there is a possibility that when there is a risk of death,
24:02 the situation will be very bad.
24:05 And there is a common situation,
24:06 that the husband is not liking it,
24:07 he is not in a mood,
24:08 he has been divorced for three months,
24:10 he has been married,
24:11 there is no understanding yet,
24:13 and she says that she cannot live in this suffocating environment.
24:15 Now the husband is not giving divorce,
24:16 let's take divorce.
24:17 And sometimes,
24:18 the lawyer,
24:19 my brother-in-law may be listening to me,
24:21 so he should not be upset.
24:23 I am talking about those lawyers
24:24 who are doing wrong things,
24:26 that they say to the woman,
24:27 that you will not be spared like this,
24:28 you will have to write a lie.
24:30 Write that the husband has an illicit relationship with women,
24:34 gambles,
24:35 beats you,
24:36 steals your money,
24:37 comes after drinking alcohol,
24:38 gets intoxicated,
24:39 then you will easily get divorce from the court.
24:42 They make you write lies,
24:43 on this basis,
24:44 they take the degree of Fasq-e-Nikah,
24:47 and although the cases are not like this,
24:49 such a divorce will never happen.
24:51 First, the husband will be rejected,
24:54 if he gets married somewhere else,
24:55 then the marriage is false,
24:56 and the physical relationship will be established,
24:58 as if a woman is having a physical relationship with a stranger.
25:02 So, how dangerous these cases are,
25:04 so whoever has such a case,
25:06 or it has happened,
25:07 if any of my brothers and sisters are listening,
25:08 that you have married from the court to your sister and daughter,
25:11 may God not destroy the life of your daughter's daughter,
25:15 and to bring yourself in the court of Allah in the field of society,
25:19 as a criminal,
25:21 the step you have taken,
25:23 you should take it into account,
25:25 otherwise, the destruction of the hereafter is destruction.
25:27 The sin you have committed,
25:29 it is a very big sin,
25:30 it can be committed,
25:31 so you should immediately find out,
25:32 that what you have done,
25:33 was it right or not?
25:34 If you get a fatwa,
25:35 that it was right,
25:36 then you should thank Allah,
25:37 and you should repent on it,
25:38 that why did you take this step without asking first?
25:41 And if you get a fatwa,
25:43 that you have not been married,
25:47 then even if you have married,
25:48 and you have even had a child,
25:50 you should end it immediately,
25:51 and you should turn to your ex-husband.
25:54 The result will be the same,
25:55 if you do not ask the scholars,
25:57 then your life will be very difficult,
25:59 you cannot escape from the blame of conscience,
26:01 you cannot escape from the guilt of conscience,
26:03 and if you become stubborn and say,
26:05 leave the idols, we do not believe,
26:07 then the affairs of the hereafter,
26:09 the laws of Allah,
26:10 the Islamic laws,
26:11 will not change.
26:12 You will have to take account of it,
26:15 you will be trapped in the hereafter.
26:16 And such brave people,
26:18 will come to your family,
26:19 we are not afraid,
26:20 we will see in the hereafter.
26:21 Lock them in the graveyard for one night,
26:24 leave them alone,
26:25 and put them there.
26:26 Then see,
26:27 when they are in the middle of the graves,
26:28 in the darkness,
26:29 the sounds of the dogs barking,
26:32 and everywhere dead,
26:33 it will seem as if the grave will burst open and the dead will come out,
26:35 so that their screams do not come out,
26:37 then you change my name.
26:38 Although nothing is happening,
26:39 it is kept in the empty graveyard.
26:41 Don't think that where there is so much fear outside,
26:44 what will be the state inside that grave?
26:47 And then how will we stand in the court of Allah in the field of society and give account?
26:50 You are so brave,
26:51 that you see the Shariah,
26:52 the Quran,
26:53 the Hadith,
26:54 Allah,
26:55 the Prophet,
26:56 the scholars,
26:57 the Mufti's,
26:58 who are the Prophet's,
26:59 that they are the inheritors of the Prophet,
27:00 you see so much of their value,
27:01 Maazallah,
27:02 Thumma,
27:03 Maazallah,
27:04 you have become so small,
27:05 you have become very big,
27:06 everything has become very small,
27:07 la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah
27:08 The one who considered Allah as low,
27:09 his Prophet,
27:10 the Quran,
27:11 the teachings of Sharia,
27:12 the inheritors of the Prophet,
27:13 he has been destroyed.
27:14 I hope you will understand a lot.
27:16 The second question was,
27:18 how can the youth become the lovers of the Prophet?
27:21 This is also a long answer,
27:23 my sisters,
27:24 you listen,
27:25 first of all,
27:26 what is the love of the Prophet?
27:27 What are its requirements?
27:28 You will have to see all this.
27:29 Just sit in the Nath and dance.
27:31 This is not the love of the Prophet,
27:32 that you sit in the Nath all night,
27:34 you have performed the Fajr prayer in the morning,
27:36 after that you are making friends with girls,
27:38 after that you are earning Haram,
27:40 you are swearing,
27:42 you are making your parents feel weak,
27:46 you are making fun of people,
27:48 and then the next night,
27:49 you are sitting in a gathering in the Nath,
27:51 shedding tears,
27:52 and saying that we are the lovers of the Prophet.
27:54 Or if someone insulted you,
27:55 you broke two or three signboards,
27:58 and said that I am a lover of the Prophet.
28:00 This love of the Prophet can be said as a sign,
28:03 not breaking the board,
28:04 but being angry,
28:05 being angry at the insult,
28:06 it can be said.
28:07 But is this the final proof of the love of the Prophet?
28:11 Are these the signs of the Prophet?
28:14 And is it enough after this?
28:15 The Prophet is a man of demand,
28:16 and nothing else.
28:17 This is wrong.
28:18 So it is very important to gain knowledge.
28:20 Listen to my speeches.
28:21 There are many on YouTube.
28:23 Please pay attention to them.
28:25 I have explained these things in great detail.
28:27 One says,
28:28 as a student,
28:29 what should I do for the reform of the society?
28:32 Look, the first thing for the reform of the society,
28:34 is that you should know the meaning of reform.
28:37 Reform means to remove corruption.
28:40 For this, you need religious knowledge.
28:42 You should learn the knowledge of the Quran and Hadith.
28:44 For example, you should become a scholar or a Mufti.
28:46 Or at least learn the obligatory knowledge.
28:48 After this, you should act according to its requirements,
28:50 and act with steadfastness.
28:52 And then call people to the religion in the best way.
28:55 All these things.
28:56 Then there should be sincerity in it.
28:57 There should be the pleasure of Allah.
28:59 There should be a sense of responsibility.
29:01 Then this happens somewhere.
29:03 Now there are some details of each point in these,
29:06 which not everyone can understand immediately.
29:08 It means that you should take the first step of religious knowledge.
29:11 First of all, you should learn the basic religious knowledge.
29:14 You should know what is happening in the society.
29:17 Is it Halal?
29:18 Is it Haram?
29:19 Is it Jaiz?
29:20 Is it Najaiz?
29:21 What the other person has said,
29:23 is it Jaiz or Najaiz?
29:26 What he is thinking,
29:27 he is telling his thoughts,
29:28 I think like this.
29:29 Is it Jaiz or Najaiz?
29:31 What he is seeing, is it Jaiz or Najaiz?
29:33 How he is earning, is it Jaiz or Najaiz?
29:35 If a father in the house,
29:38 leaves his wife and children to sleep in the morning prayer,
29:41 is it Jaiz or Najaiz?
29:42 Until you understand these things,
29:44 until you understand these controversies,
29:46 how will you reform?
29:47 That is why the first step is to learn the religious knowledge.
29:52 He says that I had decided that when I get a job,
29:55 I will give 1000 rupees to the mosque every month.
29:59 But now my condition is not such that I cannot give.
30:02 So is it necessary to give 1000 rupees?
30:04 This is the first thing he asked.
30:06 If you had accepted the commandment,
30:08 that is, you had said it with proper words,
30:10 that if I get a job, I will give 1000 rupees every month to the mosque.
30:14 With such a loud voice, you said it,
30:16 then it was a commandment, you had to give 1000 rupees.
30:19 But in that, a special mosque is not necessary,
30:21 you could have given it in any other mosque,
30:23 but you had to give.
30:24 But if you had only decided in your heart,
30:26 only in your heart,
30:27 did not say anything with your tongue,
30:28 then it is necessary to fulfill it.
30:30 It is better that you had decided,
30:32 but it is not necessary.
30:34 If you do not fulfill it, then you will not be a sinner.
30:37 And he said that can I spend this money in any other job,
30:40 that is, in a good job,
30:42 not to give in the mosque?
30:43 See, when you decided to give in the mosque,
30:45 then give in the mosque, this is better.
30:47 He says that this question came from a neighboring country,
30:50 that my child prays,
30:52 then he goes to study tuition from there,
30:54 so once it was Friday,
30:55 so I said you wear a jubba,
30:57 then go to the tuition center after studying Friday.
30:59 And in that tuition center, there are non-Muslims too,
31:01 but there are more Muslim children.
31:03 So my son replied that I will not wear a jubba,
31:06 I feel ashamed.
31:07 So how can he say this sentence that
31:09 I feel ashamed to wear a jubba,
31:10 what will be the judgment?
31:12 See, one is that
31:14 knowing something about the Prophet (pbuh)
31:17 and Sunnah,
31:19 and then say that this
31:21 means that I hate it,
31:23 then it is dangerous,
31:24 that faith will be destroyed.
31:26 One is that he is saying very good things,
31:28 but the environment is such that
31:29 if I do this and go,
31:31 then they will make fun of Sunnah,
31:33 and if I leave it,
31:35 if I wear a jubba at home,
31:37 then it will not make any difference,
31:39 there is no harm in it.
31:41 The matter of shame of that child,
31:42 probably it will be because of this,
31:43 that he will wear such clothes,
31:45 and there are boys and girls,
31:46 maybe there are girls,
31:47 I did not mention it.
31:48 So it is possible that
31:50 the comment on this,
31:52 some comments should be passed on it,
31:54 some sentences should be said,
31:55 which will make him feel ashamed,
31:56 or anger that my Prophet's Sunnah was done like this,
31:58 and there will be such disorder.
31:59 If he has said such a sentence because of that,
32:01 then there is no poverty in it.
32:03 This is the neighboring country,
32:05 in our country Pakistan,
32:06 thousands of people do not have a beard
32:07 because they feel ashamed,
32:08 do not wear clothes according to Sunnah,
32:10 they do not wear clothes according to Sunnah,
32:11 they do not wear clothes according to Sunnah,
