00:00They chose me, you know, it feels good to be wanted, you know, I think I'm winning the

00:05championship and going to three straight finals as a coach and I'm sitting out, you know, last

00:10year and kind of collecting my thoughts and doing a lot of film work, looking at a lot of different

00:14teams play, a lot of coaches and what they were doing and for me to be here, they chose me and

00:20it feels good to be wanted. And I kind of forgot the second part of your question, but you know,

00:26I'm just so happy and excited because they took a chance on me and gave me the opportunity to be

00:31here and it was a situation where, you know, I turned down other situations. I think it was more

00:38so the Clippers wanted me, they wanted me to be here and I just felt good, you know, I worked

00:42with Lawrence in Boston, I learned a lot from him on the defensive side of the basketball,

00:46from Lawrence in Thibodeau, Mark Hughes was my coach when I was in Orlando with Doc,

00:52Trent Redding was with me in Cleveland when we won the championship, you know, Jerry West

00:56drafted me, so just being around the environment that we have and people that I know is great and

01:02then also having a year under my belt of just being around PG, Kawhi, Lewill, Trez and the team

01:07that we have in place and just seeing what we needed to do better, who we can get better at

01:12and just having that one-year experience of being around those guys that really helped me out as well.
