00:08 Sir, I want to talk, I want to ask you about leadership.

00:11 Obviously, it seemed that some leadership was lacking in the playoffs or-

00:17 Why, why do you say that?

00:20 Well, I think down, personally, I think down the stretch, like I think somebody needed

00:24 to step up and kind of get the team extra motivated and kind of finish off the nuggets.

00:30 That's what I thought was lacking.

00:31 Now, I want to ask you, if you thought that, if you agree, do you think that's lacking?

00:35 And then what's, looking forward to this season, what's going to be the answer to that?

00:40 I don't think it's leadership.

00:42 I think, I think anything involving you ending up real big and losing.

00:49 You win the lottery, you win a lot of money, you lose it.

00:52 That's not lack of leadership.

00:53 I think that's lack of somewhat of toughness, mental toughness.

00:57 I think that's what we have to address.

00:59 I think, you know, we, our leaders, obviously Kawhi, PG, myself and Lou, you know, Marcus

01:07 Moore is also not, and you inserted Bacow, but a 3-1 lead is not lack of leadership.

01:13 I think that's just lack of mental toughness to go out there and finish the job.

01:17 Okay, how do you address that going into this season?

01:21 You put yourself in worse situation to be mental tough.

01:23 I don't know where, whether it's, I don't know, you got 10 reps to do on the bench press,

01:31 I mean, that's how you build mental toughness.

01:33 So now when you get in the trenches and, you know, things aren't going right, you have

01:36 something to build off of it.

01:38 And collectively as a group, you know, mental toughness, I think that was the key.

01:42 And being in a situation where losing 3-1 gives you that mental toughness going into

01:48 next season.

01:49 So it's all a process.
