LA Clippers Pre-Game Injury Report vs Nuggets

The LA Clippers will be without several players against the Denver Nuggets.

00:00The LA Clippers' seeding game schedule is coming to a close and unfortunately the team still hasn't

00:04been able to play a game with a fully healthy roster. That trend will continue for LA's meeting

00:08with the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday night as the team announced it would be without Patrick

00:12Beverly, Montrez Harold, and Landry Schammett for the contest. It's no surprise to Beverly

00:16and Harold here as LA is still being very cautious of Pat Bev's leg injury while Harold is still

00:21finishing up his four-day quarantine period. However, Schammett is a new addition to their

00:24report and it's something worth keeping an eye on. The young sharpshooter is officially out due

00:29to a left foot sprain. While it doesn't seem too serious, his return date is unknown. He looked

00:34increasingly confident as the seeding games continued and went off for 19 points, three

00:38rebounds, and three assists in LA's surprising victory of the Portland Trailblazers last weekend.

00:43With that, I'm looking for the Clippers to look to guys like Rodney Magruder and Terrence Mann

00:47for production off the bench. Additionally, I'm looking for LA to revert back to the starting

00:51lineup featuring Reggie Jackson, Paul George, Kawhi Leonard, Marcus Morris, and Ibiza Zubats.

00:56Over the weekend, PG and Kawhi split games, resting, and Schammett was a starting two-guard.

01:01Now that he's out and both PG and Kawhi are healthy again, they should go back to that look.

01:06On the other side of the ballot, the Nuggets will be without Gary Harris and Will Barton

01:10while Jeremy Grant is officially listed as questionable with a right knee soreness.

01:14Win or lose, the results of this game have serious playoff implications for the Clippers

01:18and Nuggets. A win would lock up the number two seed, the most recovered of the Clippers,

01:22while a loss is a door open for Denver to take it. If LA loses both of its final two games

01:27and the Nuggets win both of theirs, the Clippers drop the number three.
