00:30 The mission is to not let the rush hour be accompanied by more than 100,000 people

00:39 They will return home at 4pm instead of 5pm.

00:43 If you leave at 5pm, there will be traffic, it will be difficult to ride.

00:47 Sometimes, you can't even reach your house, it's already 8pm.
