00:04 The effects of Easter Leaves or the wind from the Pacific Ocean continue to be a big part of our country.

00:11 And it will still bring hot and humid weather in the coming days,

00:15 accompanied by sudden rains or localized thunderstorms.

00:19 From this afternoon until tomorrow early in the morning,

00:22 there is a high chance of heavy rains or lightning and thunder in the part of Mindanao,

00:26 especially in the central portions as well as parts of western and central Visayas,

00:31 here in Ilocos region and Cordillera Administrative Region, which will not last long.

00:36 Meanwhile, based on our latest satellite animation,

00:39 we have seen a cluster of clouds or cloud cluster here in the southeast coast of Mindanao.

00:44 We have not seen any threat regarding this weather disturbance

00:48 and we do not expect it to be a thunderstorm in the coming days.

00:53 However, based on the Tropical Cyclone Threat Potential Forecast of the Climatology Division of Pag-asa,

00:59 we have a possibility of a weather disturbance outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility

01:04 in the east coast of Mindanao in the coming days.

01:07 So, from Tuesday until Friday, there is a low-pressure area

01:11 that is inside an intertropical conversion zone.

01:14 And then over the weekend, maybe Saturday or Sunday,

01:17 a power will enter the east coast of Mindanao.

01:21 We will continue to monitor this area because there is a low to moderate chance

01:25 that it will be a weak storm or tropical cyclone.

01:28 And usually, in May, weather disturbance or storms will be in our area

01:33 and the direction of our country will change.

01:37 Meanwhile, by tomorrow, we still expect a hot and rainy season in a large part of Luzon

01:43 because it is still in the Easter Lease or the wind from the Pacific Ocean.

01:47 Most of the time, it will be sunny in the morning and partly cloudy,

01:51 sometimes, the sky is cloudy, especially in the east part.

01:55 And there is still a chance of isolated rain showers,

01:58 especially here in the Cordillera Region and Ilocos Region,

02:01 while in Metro Manila and nearby areas, the chance of rain is still low.

02:06 Our air temperature in Metro Manila is from 25 to 36 degrees Celsius by tomorrow,

02:11 while in Baguio, it is from 18 to 27 degrees Celsius.

02:16 To our fellowmen in Palawan, it is possible that the clouds will be in the morning

02:20 in the southern and central portions of the Easter Lease

02:24 and we will expect a hot and rainy season or a dry and foggy season.

02:27 Meanwhile, in Visayas, it is the most cloudy in the eastern portions

02:31 and there is a chance of isolated rain showers or localized thunderstorms

02:35 because of the Easter Lease.

02:36 The western and central portions of Visayas, fair weather conditions

02:40 or partly cloudy skies where there is no hope of continuous and strong rains,

02:44 more isolated rain showers, especially in the mountains.

02:48 Our temperature in Metro Cebu is 28 to 33 degrees Celsius.

02:52 And lastly, to our fellowmen in Mindanao,

02:55 for the next 24 hours, it is partly cloudy until the sky is still cloudy tomorrow

02:59 and we will only experience isolated rains or localized thunderstorms

03:03 that are not continuous and have no connection to any weather disturbance.

03:07 The chance of rain showers in the afternoon is still the highest

03:10 here in the Lanao provinces, Maguindanao provinces,

03:14 a large part of Bukidnon, and Soxar, too.

03:16 Our temperature in Metro Davao is 26 to 34 degrees Celsius.

03:21 In terms of our heat indices,

03:23 we will still experience high heat indices in a large part of Luzon and Visayas

03:28 based on our map.

03:30 In around 13 places, we will experience dangerous levels

03:34 or between 42 to 47 degrees Celsius, the maximum heat index by tomorrow.

03:39 Here in Metro Manila, between 40 to 41 degrees Celsius,

03:42 but then the 47 degrees, it is still possible for our fellowmen to experience tomorrow

03:47 in Dagupan City, Pangasinan, and in Apari, Cagayan.

03:51 A continuous reminder to our fellowmen,

03:53 be careful and drink plenty of water

03:55 and make sure that if you go out, especially from 10am to 4pm,

03:59 we have a heater like an umbrella or an umbrella to avoid heat stroke.

04:55 So make sure to bring your loved ones there when Thursday and Friday arrives.

04:59 But for Metro Manila, for the next 3 days,

05:01 the part of the country that is still cloudy is still there,

05:03 until the part of the country that is sometimes cloudy in the sky

05:05 and is accompanied by isolated rains or localized thunderstorms

05:09 from the afternoon to the evening, from Wednesday to the weekend.

05:13 Here in Baguio City and a large part of the Cordillera region,

05:16 we repeat, the chance of rain is high when the afternoon arrives until the afternoon,

05:20 until Thursday and Friday and the most rainy days are Apayao, Calinga, Mountain Province and Ifugao.

05:26 When it comes to Bicol Region, fair weather conditions,

05:29 so it means that we still don't have high hopes of heavy rains.

05:52 especially in the areas of Samar, Leyte and Biliran.

05:56 Our temperature in Metro Cebu is still hot, up to 33 degrees Celsius,

06:00 while it is still the hottest in the Samar Provinces, Roja City, Capiz and Iloilo.

06:06 And lastly, to our fellow citizens in Mindanao,

06:08 for the next 3 days, it is partly cloudy until the sky is still cloudy.

06:12 So until Friday, we will still experience low chances of rain

06:16 if there are isolated rain showers or thunderstorms,

06:19 and we still have no signs of the weather disturbances outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
