01:54 We have a lot of products that are used perennially, so we always have to start from the assumption that when we talk about plastic, when we talk about recycling, for example when we talk about packaging, the best packaging is what is not done, what is not produced, not what is recycled, it is what is not produced.
02:11 This has to do with all areas of the restaurant, for example, it is clear that when we talk about collective restaurant it is very complex because we talk about single portions, so it is a very complex situation objectively, and all that is organic packaging has certainly higher costs.
02:35 Cities must be put in the conditions to be able to dismantle that type of waste, that type of packaging, but I have the impression that packaging in general, if we are producing too much, always too much, with the idea that they can be recycled, the fact that they can be recycled does not mean that they are needed.
