हाथरस घटना में अधिकारियों पर की गई कार्रवाई पर समाजवादी पार्टी के प्रवक्ता फखरुल हसन चांद ने कहा, हाथरस पर समाजवादी पार्टी पहले दिन से कह रही इस पर प्रशासन का फेलियर है, प्रशासन ने उसकी तैयारी क्यों नही की ? और यह केवल समाजवादी पार्टी नहीं कह रही है, बीजेपी की मंत्री बेबी रानी मौर्य ने भी कहा कि आयोजकों और प्रशासन की क्या गलती है ? तो बीजेपी भी इस बात को कह रही है और समाजवादी पार्टी भी पहले दिन से इस बात को कह रही है. उन्होंने कहा जो जिम्मेदारी है वो तय होनी चाहिए, न्यायिक जांच हो रही है समाजवादी पार्टी को भरोसा है की न्यायिक जांच में जो भी दोषी होंगे वो सामने आएगा. बीजेपी ने जिन अधिकारियों पर कार्रवाई की है वो कार्रवाई पहले ही हो जानी चाहिए थी, लेकिन देर आए दुरुस्त आए. समाजवादी पार्टी समझती है की जो मुआवजे की राशि है उसे सरकार को बढ़ानी चाहिए और न्याय मिले उस दिशा में इस जांच को जाना चाहिए.
