मुस्लिम स्कॉलर सूफियान निजामी ने मीडिया से बात करते हुए कहा कि मजहब इस्लाम ने निकाह के जरिए जो रिश्ता कायम किया है, मजबूरी की बुनियाद पर अगर रिश्ता नही है तो तलाक के जरिए, खुला के जरिए उस रिश्ते से बाहर आकर आजाद हो जाएं। अब इद्दत के दौरान वो दोनों आजाद हैं और जिम्मेदारी है की इद्दत के दौरान का खर्च उठाएं और खर्चा दें। खर्च के बाद दोनों आजाद है। शरीयत ने इद्दत के बाद के खर्चे को मना किया है। शरीयत की यही तालीम है। कानून की क्या राय इस पर कानूनगो अपनी राय रख सकते हैं।
