✍ ingredients ( सामग्री ) :-
for Filling
* Chick Peas ( काबुली चना ) 1 Cup
* Water ( पानी ) 1 Cup
* Salt ( नमक ) 1 TBSP
* corn flour ( मक्के का आटा ) 4 TBSP
* maida ( मैदा ) 1 TBSP
* rice flour ( चावल का आटा ) 1 TBSP
* Cumin powder ( जीरा पाउडर ) 1 TBSP
* red chilli powder ( लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) 1 TBSP
* garlic ginger paste ( लहसुन अदरक का पेस्ट ) 1 TBSP
* Snack masala ( चाट मसाला ) 1 TBSP
* lemon juice ( नींबू का रस ) 1 TBSP
* salt ( नमक ) 1 TBSP
* watet ( पानी ) 2 TBSP

for Fry
* oil ( तेल ) 1 Cup
* Garlic ( लहसुन ) 1/2 Cup

00:30Chana Garbik Farai
00:34To make Chana Garbik Farai, we will first take 1 cup Kaveri Chana.
00:39Soak the chana in water overnight so that it puffs up nicely.
00:44See, the chana has puffed up nicely.
00:47Now to boil the chana, let's move towards the stove.
00:50To boil the kaveri chana, we will first take a pressure cooker.
00:55We will put the soaked kaveri chana in the cooker.
01:00Along with that, we will add 1 cup water.
01:04In the end, we will add 1 tsp salt and mix it well.
01:10When it is mixed, we will put the lid on the cooker.
01:15Now we will turn on the stove and boil it on medium flame for 3 whistles.
01:21After 3 whistles, we will turn off the stove and remove the lid from the cooker.
01:32After removing the lid, we will check whether the chana is soft or not.
01:41See, the chana has become soft.
01:44Now we will strain the chana.
01:51After straining the chana, we will put it in a bowl.
01:58To coat the chana, we will first add 4 tbsp cornflour.
02:07Along with that, add 1 tbsp maida.
02:09You can add maida as per your requirement.
02:12To make the chana crispy, add 1 tbsp rice flour.
02:17Now we will add spices.
02:18Add 1 tsp roasted cumin powder.
02:20Add 1 tsp red chilli powder.
02:24Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
02:27To make the chana spicy, add 1 tbsp chaat masala.
02:33To make the chana sour, add 1 tbsp lemon juice.
02:38Add 1 tbsp salt.
02:40You can add salt as per your taste.
02:43In the end, add 2 tbsp water and mix well.
02:54We have coated the chana well.
02:56Now we will fry the chana.
02:59To fry the chana, we will first take a kadahi.
03:03Add 1 cup oil in the kadahi.
03:06Turn on the flame and let the oil heat up.
03:13We have taken 1 cup garlic.
03:16Once the oil is hot, turn the flame to medium.
03:19Add the garlic to the oil and fry it well.
03:27When you fry the garlic, keep a distance.
03:30Because the garlic will burst.
03:32The garlic has been fried well.
03:34We will now take it out in a plate.
03:39Once the oil is hot, turn the flame to medium.
03:42Grease your hands with oil and put the coated chana in the oil.
03:50Fry the remaining chana in the same way.
03:55When one side is fried, flip it and cook the other side well.
