00:00Today I am going to show you mushroom sabji recipe which is dhaba style
00:05Whenever we go to eat at dhaba, we feel that how this sabji is made, how tasty it is

00:18First of all, we have to take mushroom
00:20Wash the mushroom well in water
00:23After washing like this, take it out in a separate plate
00:27Now we have to cut it into two pieces
00:30Cut it from the middle like this
00:34Now we will take one capsicum and one onion
00:39We have to roughly chop it in square shape
00:44And separate each layer of onion like this
00:48Now you will have to go to dhaba to eat dhaba style mushroom sabji

00:56Now we have to take a big pan
00:59Add curd, 3-4 tbsp, coriander powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste

01:11Add turmeric powder and gram flour
01:18Now we will add mushroom and capsicum and onion
01:22After adding all these, mix it well
01:30After mixing it like this, keep it aside
01:34Now we have to take a pan and add oil
01:37Add 2 tbsp oil
01:39After adding oil, add garlic, tomato, ginger and green chilli

02:20In a pan, we have to add 1 tbsp oil

02:43Add 3-4 cloves of garlic
02:49Stir it well and roast it
02:55Keep the flame medium to slow while roasting the spices
03:01Keep in mind that the spices should not stick to the pan
03:06Now we will add the marinated mushroom, capsicum and onion
03:13Stir it well
03:16Now we have to reduce the flame to low so that it cooks well
03:23Keep stirring it in between
03:26Now we will cover it and let it cook for 2-3 minutes
03:36Now you can see how well it is cooking
03:39We don't have to add water in it
03:42Because mushroom and curd will release water in each other
03:48So that the vegetables will cook well
03:50If you want gravy, you can add water in it
03:54If you don't want gravy, you can cook it on low flame
03:58Our mushroom capsicum curry is ready
