00:52The President also included other interventions such as agri-machinery and equipment, motorized boats,

01:07In his message, President Marcos expressed his continued support to the farmers and fishermen affected by the drought.

05:53such as DOLE, which provided livelihood assistance worth more than P7.5 million,
06:00and Tupad Assistance worth more than P28.3 million to more than 4,000 families.
06:06TESDA also provided toolkits worth P104,000,
06:13Training Support Fund Allowances worth P188,000 to 90 scholars
06:20and more than P1.6 million to four TVI institutions.
06:25DILG also provided certifications to various municipalities
06:30that received financial assistance to local government units,
06:34Support to Barangay Development Program,
06:38and Support to Participatory Budgeting worth P207 million.
06:44The National Irrigation Administration also turned over 13 irrigation projects
06:50where four irrigation projects will be received by the province of Apayaw.
06:55Roman Alawag is one of those affected by El Niño and received assistance.
