00:00A lot of people want to investigate the reward system that was revealed in the Quadcom hearing a while ago.

00:06But who should be the one to investigate this matter?

00:29on the so-called high-profile killings that happened during the war on drugs

00:34by the former administration of President Duterte.

00:45because a lot of things were revealed in the Quadcom hearings

00:55but now it needs to be investigated.
