00:00We had to have some real honest conversations when I took over about where we were as a

00:11You know, we can't, we can't verbalize what we are, the facts tell us who we are.

00:18And we were a 12 and 13 football program the last two years.

00:21And so the only way to change that is to work, like you can't just say you want to be different,

00:26you can't just say you want to compete, like you have to do it.

00:30Well, you know, that's why they fired the coach, because they didn't win.

00:35And we'll see if Elko, who did a great job at Duke, if it transcends to College Station,

00:44brutal place to play, because the expectations, I think, are overwhelming.

00:50And you know what, I don't think they've ever lived up to their expectations.

00:55We've seen it once.

00:57I've seen it once with Johnny Manziel.
