मंगलवार को लोकसभा में वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण मोदी सरकार के तीसरे कार्यकाल का पहला पूर्णकालिक बजट पेश किया। निर्मला सीतारमण लगातार 7वीं बार बजट पेश करने वाली देश की पहली वित्त मंत्री हैं। इस पर बिहार के डिप्टी सीएम विजय सिन्हा ने कहा कि 26 हज़ार करोड़ का सहायता दिया गया है। एक्सप्रेस भी बनाने का प्रस्ताव दिया गया है। बाढ़ से मुक्ति के लिए, नहरीकरण के लिए, युवाओं का, किसानों का, महिलाओं का, गरीबों के कल्याण के लिए बहुत सारी योजनाओं की घोषणा की गई है और इससे बिहार को पूरा लाभ होगा। कांग्रेस के समय में ही लोगों ने टेक्निकल रूप से स्पेशल स्टेट का नियम खत्म कर दिया था। बिहार जैसे स्टेट के लिए अब हमारे पास जो विकल्प है कि हम पैकेज के माध्यम से बिहार के अंदर विकास करें और बिहार के अंदर औद्योगिकरण वातावरण के साथ-साथ हर क्षेत्र में हमारा विकसित बिहार का स्वरूप दिखे।
