Senior Open at Carnoustie

Scotsman golf correspondent Martin Dempster provides a report from the final day of the Senior Open at Carnoustie.

00:15in Korean KJ Choi. He was well in control on Saturday afternoon until stumbling late

00:24on taking back to back double bogeys at the 15th and 16th holes. He was still leading

00:30going into the final round but was then overtaken by his playing partner Australian left-hander

00:36Richard Green. However a telling thrust from Choi at the start of the back nine Birdie

00:43Parr, Birdie, Birdie Eagle put him back in control and he went on to win by two shots

00:51landing his first Senior Major and his biggest win since landing the Players' Championship

00:58Sawgrass in 2011. This event of course marked the end of a brilliant three weeks of Links

01:06Golf in Scotland. We had Bob McIntyre recording a sensational home success in the Genesis

01:13Scottish Open at the Renaissance Club in East Lothian. We then had Xander Shoffley landing

01:19his second major win of the year in the Open at Royal Troon and here we've had a terrific
