00:04the reduction of the police in her security.

00:07In an open letter to PNP chief Rommel Marbil,

00:10Bicena said that the reduction happened after she became the education secretary,

00:16after the President handed over the State of the Nation address

00:20in a catastrophic event,

00:22and after she read a cocaine video.

00:26The relief order was targeted by PNP officials

00:29whom she trusted.

00:31Vice President Sara Duterte also filmed the release of the video

00:35of their children at the airport while going out of the country.

00:38It was filmed in a place in Naia where only employees

00:42and people were allowed to be there.

00:45Aside from this, PNP operatives also went to their place

00:50to find out where her house was buried along with her children.

00:55And to Marbil's statement that there is no evidence against Vice President Sara,

01:00Vice President Duterte asked,

01:01Isn't harassment from the government itself considered as evidence?

01:07We asked Marbil for a reaction,

01:09but she refused to be interviewed when she appeared in a hearing on camera.
