02:41The House Appropriations Committee Chairman and I, Bicol Partylist Representative Zaldy Co,

02:47said first that the Vice President said that Romualdez controlled the national budget.

03:00ACT-Teachers Partylist Representative Castro defended Romualdez for impeaching Duterte.
