00:06This will be the departure time for the last flight out of the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport
00:11in Subang as jet airliners return to the airport this Thursday.
00:15Transport Minister Lok Su Fook said the operating hours took into account the residential area
00:20surrounding the airport.
00:22He said six airlines will resume narrow-body aircraft operations at SZB, namely Firefly,
00:28AirAsia, Baite Air, SKS Airways, Transnusa and Scoot.
00:33He also said several enhancements to SZB's Skypark terminal have been completed, adding
00:38that security screening and customs and immigration processes are expected to improve given the
00:42installation of additional facilities and equipment.
00:46Meanwhile, Lok said the Skypark Link, a train service connecting KL Central Station to the
00:51airport's Skypark terminal, will resume operations once the new terminal is ready
00:55by 2027.
00:57He added that if there is increased demand and more flights coming into the airport,
01:01then the service may resume earlier.
