Papagni River Bridge in Kamalapuram: గత పాలకుల నిర్లక్ష్యం, అధికారుల ఉదాసీన వైఖరి కారణంగా పాపాగ్ని నదిపై వంతెన నిర్మాణం మూడేళ్లయినా పూర్తి కాలేదు. వందల సంఖ్యలో వాహనాల రాకపోకలతో రద్దీగా ఉండే తాడిపత్రి-కడప జాతీయ రహదారిలో వరదలకు తెగిన వంతెనకు మోక్షం లభించడం లేదు. మూడేళ్ల కిందట 70 కోట్ల రూపాయలతో నాలుగు వరసల రహదారి వంతెన నిర్మాణం పనులు ప్రారంభమైనా అటవీశాఖ అధికారుల కొర్రీలతో పనులు నిలిచిపోయాయి. తెలుగుదేశం ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి రావడంతో అటవీశాఖ అధికారులతో జాతీయ రహదారుల విభాగం చర్చలు జరుపుతోంది.
