00:00I'm Clive Brunshaw, Police and Crime Commissioner for Lancashire. I'm delighted to have awarded £90,000
00:07for 36 different projects over the summer here in Lancashire.
00:12The funding is meant for activities for young people.
00:17Get young people off the streets, stop anti-social behaviour, give them something to do.
00:22Particularly in problem areas where we've had significant issues in the past.
00:28Now this is money that is taken from criminals.
00:31So it's taken money from the bad guys, giving it to the good guys to do some good.
00:36To keep your communities safer and give young people, particularly over the summer months
00:43when sometimes they have too much time on their hands, give them something to do.
00:48So really positive message. We've got some great activities out there.
00:53Looking forward to getting out and seeing some of them making the best use of money
00:59from criminals, giving it back to the community.
