Transcript
00:00We're here today to launch the campaign this year for our festive drink and drug driving campaign.
00:06We want to keep the streets of Lancashire safe as always.
00:10You know this time of year people tend to overindulge and want to enjoy themselves,
00:14nothing wrong with that, but absolutely don't drink and drive.
00:19You're putting yourself at risk, you're putting the lives of other people at risk,
00:24you're putting yourself at risk of losing your license,
00:27impacting on your family and never ever take illegal drugs and think it's okay to drive
00:33afterwards, they can stay in your system for days and weeks.
00:37There is zero tolerance on drug driving and so it's really important we want people to
00:45have a great time over this period, a great time over the Christmas period,
00:52but never drink and drive. Get a taxi, get someone, a responsible person to drive you
01:00and never ever take drugs and drive afterwards.
01:04And so enjoy Christmas, enjoy your time and keep the streets of Lancashire safe.
