00:00Hello and welcome to what's on in Wigan this week. Magician Robbie Starr is bringing his

00:07magic show to the vibe in Wigan on August 14th. There will be interactive tricks, comedy,

00:13disco and much more and it's perfect for all the family in the summer holidays. Tickets

00:18are £5 and are available online. The Wayfairer pub in Parbold will be hosting a beer festival

00:25to celebrate Magic Weekend next weekend. The pub will be showing all of the rugby games

00:31as well as live music and a strongman competition. It runs from August 16th to August 18th and

00:36entry is free. Rave Kids is a fun family rave event for the

00:41whole family. Play in the finest in uplifting family friendly dance and rave music for all

00:46ages to hit the dance floor and throw shapes together. It takes place at The Vibe on August

00:5117th from 12.30pm to 3.30pm. Tickets are available online.

00:58And finally, the Higham Brothers Memorial Concert will be held at Mains Park on Saturday

01:02August 17th starting at 3pm. It will feature the central band of the RAF and include an

01:08armed forces themed performance, children's entertainment and a collection to raise money

01:13for the RAF Benevolent Fund. Entry is free.
