00:00The Department of Justice or DOJ and the UN Office of the Resident Coordinator announced the Philippines will launch the fourth
00:06Philippine Human Rights Plan or PHRP4 on December 10 to mark International Human Rights Day.
00:14PHRP4 will address emerging issues such as the rights of older persons and climate change impacts.
00:19The plan follows three key initiatives. The Special Committee on Human Rights Coordination and the establishment of a Forensics Institute
00:27aimed at enhancing human rights protection and law enforcement standards.
