01:13It's perfectly fine. The day you start is the day it begins for you.
01:17So I'll just share the music.
01:38So today we are going to talk about a very simple point, which is as simple as
02:02The thing you focus on, that thing grows.
02:09And it stands true for anything and everything.
02:15So if you use your focus from the mindset of a mutt, or if you use your focus from the mindset of scarcity,
02:26then even if you don't want to, your attention, your cycle, your energies,
02:34stay at the same level, at which level you think of scarcity.
02:41So there's a very easy way to do this, which is being grateful.
02:47Meaning, being thankful for everything in your life that you have today.
02:56That's why it's always been said that being grateful is the best prayer you can ever say.
03:04Feeling contented with all you have today is the best way to start.
03:11If you start with an abundant mentality, then you'll see that how everything is so beautiful.
03:26We'll be grateful for everything that we have today.
03:34And we'll try to create magic with this power of gratefulness.
03:40Slowly close your eyes.
03:43You'll engage all your muscles, but you won't sit in a very restricted format.
03:53In fact, we have to sit for 30 minutes.
03:56If anyone has a problem keeping their waist straight for 30 minutes,
04:00which I assume will happen considering how sedentary the lifestyle is,
04:04then you can take support from a wall.
04:07In fact, yesterday, just before the session ended, I saw somebody's query.
04:12Your meditation wall coincides with the toilet wall.
04:19You must have seen that in Indian homes, we never had toilets inside our houses.
04:26What was the reason for that is the negative energy.
04:31We also call it Chi or any other form in which we express it.
04:36So, in your entire house, the most negative energy is in one place.
04:41That is your bathroom.
04:42The place where you use your commodes and toilets exactly.
04:47Not the place where you take bath, but exactly the place which is like a toilet.
04:52So, ideally, it's not a great way to use your back against a toilet wall.
04:59But if there's no other way, then that's all okay.
05:03In fact, make sure that your toilets always smell good.
05:09So, you know, use some excess strakes.
05:12Always keep your toilet seat closed.
05:15If there are Indian toilets, then even today, Indian toilets have their seats closed.
05:20Yeah, I understand. I totally understand.
05:24So, it's perfectly fine.
05:25When you are meditating, just try to keep the toilet door closed.
05:32And keep the toilet seat closed.
05:34In fact, the only thing is, the energies around it should be cool according to you.
05:41So, just don't disturb those energies.
05:44So, the only way is that you never use the toilet.
05:48Or don't open the toilet door again and again when you are meditating in the room.
05:53In fact, sit with the wall.
