00:31After several government agencies confirmed that former Bamban Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo

00:36is now out of the country and is still traveling to different parts of Asia, even the Malacanang

00:41Palace acted upon this urgent matter and requested for the cancellation of passport of Guo.

00:48In a memorandum released by the Office of the Executive Secretary, beside Guo, the cancellation

00:53of the passports of Wesley, Sheila, and Cassandra Ong was also requested, but the Department

00:58of Justice wants to dwell deeper in this issue.

01:01As a matter of fact, they are determined to investigate who is behind this illegal way

01:05of Guo to leave the country.

01:52Remulia ordered Immigration Commissioner Norman Tencinco to look into the possibility that

01:58BI Personnels colluded with Guo so she could leave the country.

02:02The Philippine National Police has the same stand with the DOJ.

02:15But the Bureau of Immigration has an immediate answer on this.

02:42According to the BI, Guo may have used a fake stamp to get past Immigration's check.

03:12The BI also explained that even with the Immigration Lookout Bulletin, they were not

03:21able to determine the travel history of Guo in their centralized database.

03:25That's why they are looking into Guo flying by way of a private airstrip or by sea instead.

03:31Based on their latest monitoring, Guo is now in Indonesia after her trip to Malaysia.

03:49On the part of the Office of the Solicitor General, they believe these recent events

03:53do not have a significant effect on the cases filed against Guo.

03:57And the Commission on Elections said the misrepresentation case against Guo will proceed.

04:02And lastly, on the qualified human trafficking complaint with the DOJ, tomorrow, the panel

04:07of prosecutors will wait for the affidavit of the lawyer who notarized the documents

04:12submitted by Guo last August 14.
