00:30to provide free legal assistance to public teachers in the country.

00:38that the rights of teachers should be protected.

00:40According to Education Secretary Sonny Angara,

00:42this partnership is a big deal for teachers

00:45who, according to Calihim, have up to 900,000 DepEd personnel.
