00:00A cyber coup d'etat against the National Electoral Council and against the electoral
00:07power, and this matter was dealt by the first reading of this president, and this final
00:18judgment was issued as a result of the contentious appeal filed by President Maduro, and after
00:41elections, after 28 elections, the so-called comanditos committed some crimes across the
00:55country, burning down headquarters of the National Electoral Council, and it is today
01:08that after the auditing process of this thorough investigation, it was finally concluded that the
01:22tally sheets of the National Electoral Council and all the material delivered by the 33 political
01:31parties coincided with what electoral machines have and the totalization rooms have, and so it
01:42was concluded that the bulletins issued are backed up by these electoral machines, and so it is a
01:52full coincidence with the tally sheets registered and it was certified the electoral material, and
02:03it was validated the electoral results issued by the National Electoral Council in which was elected
02:11President Nicolás Maduro. It was stipulated that Edmundo González Urrutia is in disregard with
02:20Venezuelan justice as he dismissed, and he didn't appear before the Supreme Court of Justice
02:30to deliver the affidavits of the alleged fraud, and so it was urged the National Electoral
02:39Council to issue the final results of the elections after concluding this trial, this
02:49process, and so Venezuela continues at peace, and it was ratified that President Nicolás Maduro
02:57has been elected, and all components of the investigation will be sent to the Prosecutor's
03:12Office, and Attorney General of the Republic said that the Prosecutor's Office is in charge of the
03:27establishing the penal sentences of those disregarding the subpoena of the Supreme
03:35Court of Justice and those who uploaded forged information about the elections, and so the
03:46Attorney General said that they will continue with this ongoing investigation, and so we have been
03:54seeing that the Attorney General was talking, and the diplomatic corps here attending the
04:06court said that the Venezuelan Foreign Minister said that they will talk with countries,
04:16they will inform about this final judgment, which it was a similar case of other countries.
