00:00Good afternoon to all of us, this is an update on the weather.

00:05Southwest monsoon is still raging in the northern part of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

00:11This is what will bring this evening heavy rains, landslides, and landslides,

00:16particularly here in the part of Mimaropa, Western Visayas, Negros Island Region, Zamboanga Peninsula,

00:22and also in Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi.

00:25Double caution to our fellow countrymen in the event of floods and landslides.

00:34this afternoon until later tonight, the chances of us experiencing quick rains due to localized thunderstorms are also high.

00:52and double caution to our fellow countrymen because heavy rains are possible due to thunderstorms.

00:58This also includes landslides and landslides, so double caution to our fellow countrymen, especially outside their homes.

01:05Meanwhile, let's update on the storm we are watching outside our area of responsibility.

01:10This is a typhoon with an international name, Shan-Shan.

01:14The last time we saw it was at a distance of 1,725 kilometers northeast of the extreme northern zone.

01:21And as we can see from our satellite imagery, it is very far from our Philippine landmass,

01:27so it has no direct effect on any part of our country.

01:31And it is also very far, so we did not expect it to enter our area of responsibility.

01:39And for our forecast for tomorrow, because of the low tide,

01:43the part of Mimaropa will continue to experience long and dark periods with low to high winds,

01:51if there are strong rains.

01:55Meanwhile, here in Metro Manila, as well as in other parts of Luzon,

02:00generally, our morning is a fair weather condition until the afternoon,

02:04but if it reaches the afternoon and night, we still have a high chance of experiencing shortness of breath due to the localized thunderstorm.

02:12We can monitor the thunderstorm advisories issued by our PRSDs,

02:18and they post it on our social media accounts, as well as on our website.

02:23Always check this so that we are updated if we are expecting rain within the next 2 to 3 hours.

02:31Our temperature here in Metro Manila tomorrow is 26 to 33 degrees,

02:35Baguio City 18 to 24 degrees,

02:38while in Lawag, the maximum temperature is 24 to 33 degrees Celsius.

02:43It is hot in the part of Togigarawa, the maximum temperature is about 35 degrees,

02:4833 degrees in the part of Legazpi City,

02:51and in Tagaytay, the maximum temperature is 23 to 31 degrees.

02:57In Puerto Princesa and Calayaan Islands, the maximum temperature tomorrow is 26 to 32 degrees.

03:04For our fellowmen in Visayas and Mindanao, particularly here in Western Visayas,

03:09Negros Island Region, Zamboanga Peninsula, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi,

03:14we are still taking care of them because of the thunderstorms,

03:17they will still experience rain.

03:20So be careful, especially for our fellowmen who live in low-lying areas and in remote areas.

03:26Meanwhile, for the majority of Visayas and Mindanao,

03:29we can see that they are expecting fair weather conditions.

03:33This means that their expected weather will be clear,

03:37especially in the morning until the afternoon.

03:39But in the afternoon and evening,

03:41there is a high chance that they will experience isolated rain showers due to the localized thunderstorms.

03:47Our temperature tomorrow in Metro Cebu is 25 to 32 degrees,

03:52in Iloilo and Tacloban, 26 to 32 degrees Celsius.

03:56We are also expecting 25 to 32 degrees in Bahagi, Cagayan de Oro, and Zamboanga City.

04:03Meanwhile, in Metro Davao, the maximum temperature is 26 to 33 degrees Celsius.

04:09For our fellowmen who will go fishing,

04:12it is still good news because we do not have a high gill warning in any town in our ocean

04:17and generally, the waves will be calm until midday.

04:22And for our three-day weather outlook here in Metro Manila,

04:26we can see that when Tuesday arrives until Wednesday,

04:29we are expecting a cloudy sky.

04:31This means that we are expecting a cool weather tomorrow afternoon

04:36and there is a high chance of rain any time of the day.

04:39But when Thursday arrives, we are expecting a slight clearing of the weather.

04:44Our temperature here in Metro Manila for the next three days is 25 to 33 degrees Celsius.

04:50Meanwhile, here in Baguio City,

04:53we are expecting that it will be affected by Wednesday,

04:57so the sky will be cloudy and there is a high chance of rain.

05:02In Baguio City, it is 17 to 25 degrees in Aguatlan temperature.

05:07In Legazpi City, we are expecting that it will be affected by Tuesday for the next two days,

05:12so we can see that Wednesday will also be cloudy and there will be rain.

05:18We are also expecting improving weather conditions in Legazpi by Thursday.

05:22Our temperature here for the next three days is 25 to 33 degrees Celsius.

05:29For our fellowmen in Cabizayaan,

05:31particularly here in Metro Cebu, Iloilo, and Tacloban City,

05:35we can see that the western section of Visayas and Iloilo

05:40will continue to experience cloudy skies,

05:43where there will be scattered rain, lightning, and thunderstorms.

05:47But Central and Eastern Visayas will generally have fair weather conditions for the next three days

05:53except for rain in the afternoon and evening due to localized thunderstorms.

06:00For Metro Davao, Cagayan de Oro, and Zamboanga City,

06:03we are not expecting heavy rains until Thursday,

06:07so they will continue to experience cloudy skies.

06:11There will be heat in the afternoon, especially here in Metro Davao,

06:14where the maximum temperature will reach 34 degrees.

06:17And in the afternoon, possibly the entire part of Mindanao

06:21will experience heavy rain, lightning, and thunderstorms.

06:25In Cagayan de Oro and Zamboanga City,

06:27the maximum temperature will reach 33 degrees Celsius for the next three days.

06:34And our day here in Camanila will be cloudy until 6.30 p.m.

06:38and it will be sunny again tomorrow at 5.44 a.m.
