00:09line between these conditions so across parts of Northern Ireland and Scotland
00:14it will be a very wet and windy start on Tuesday morning everywhere else mostly
00:18fine and bright but that frontal system will be slowly edging its way south and
00:22eastwards still with heavy and persistent downpours and still with
00:26strong winds across parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland for the first part
00:29of the day then into the afternoon across northern and western parts of
00:33England and Wales the heaviest downpours are likely for parts of Cumbria and for
00:37southwest Scotland where there could be the risk of localized flooding later
00:40then Scotland and Northern Ireland will become somewhat brighter but it will be
00:44cool with a few light showers to the northwest meanwhile the east of Wales
00:47the Midlands central southern and eastern England a fine bright and warm
00:51afternoon little change on Wednesday that frontal system still lingering
00:55from the southwest of England up towards the northeast of England most of the
00:58rain on it light and patchy Scotland and Northern Ireland will be mostly fine
01:02and bright but to the northwest there will be the risk of some heavy blustery
01:06thundery showers meanwhile the Midlands central southern and eastern England will
01:10become rather hot locally temperatures could get up to 29 degrees Celsius in
01:15parts of the southeast
