00:00When you're getting older, and you've gone through many breakups already,
00:05somehow, you already know how to navigate the process,
00:10but it still hurts the same, or sometimes even more.
00:25So Bea, which part of the farm is this, and what do you like best about it?
00:29This is where the kubo is, the nipahat, and this is where the vegetable garden is.
00:35I love it because this is where the farm-to-table action really happens.
00:40So we would harvest from the vegetable garden, and then we would cook it here.
00:45What are your fondest memories here?
00:47Well, this is where I usually do my vlogs.
00:50When it comes to cooking vlogs, we really showcase the Filipino aesthetic of the farm.
00:56And also, sometimes, we set up a table over there, and then we would boodle fight here.
01:06Where does the love for cooking come from?
01:09I guess from my mom, because she's a good cook.
01:13Also from my grandma.
01:14I remember when I was young, I would always help in the kitchen.
01:18Which food reminds you best of home?
01:21That would be kaldereta.
01:23Okay.
01:24How do you maintain a balanced diet, and what does your fitness routine look like?
01:30You know, I love to eat.
01:31I love food, but I try as much as I can to eat healthy and eat clean.
01:37And I also work out at home.
01:39I have a gym at home.
01:40In fact, we have a gym here at the farm.
01:43But most of the time, I run around the farm because it's better.
01:48Can you tell us about some of the farm activities that you do here?
01:54To tell you honestly, I don't do a lot.
01:58But whenever I'm here, I would always go around.
02:01And then, sometimes, I help with the pigs and feeding our sheep, our goats.
02:09But when it comes to the house, I'm a bit scared of them because they're much bigger.
02:14So most of the time, I just go around and make sure that I attend all the errands.
02:20Or whenever I'm here, I usually look for things to do or to develop.
02:29That's my job here.
02:30I'm more of a visionary than a doer.
02:33Do you want to go back to the house?
02:35Yes.
02:38How has your perception of body image changed over the years since you entered showbiz?
02:44Ah, when I was in the beginning of my career, I was always insecure about my body.
02:51Of course, because they would always compare you to other girls.
02:58Like your peers.
02:59I'm with Anne, Angel, and Angelica.
03:05They're like three of the most beautiful girls in showbiz.
03:09Or three of the most beautiful girls I know.
03:13And so I told myself, maybe I'm not the pretty one or I'm not the sexy one.
03:17But I have to really hone my craft and at least be one of the good ones.
03:27But eventually, as I got older, I learned how to be more comfortable in my own skin.
03:34I know I have my own strengths.
03:36And that beauty is subjective.
03:39What is a negative self-label that paralyzed you before and how did you overcome it?
03:46Ah, people used to tell me that I was really big and that I was the fat one.
03:54But then, of course, I did something about it.
03:56I exercised.
03:58But of course, there are times that I overindulge and it still happens.
04:02But right now, I'm more conscious.
04:06But it's not only because of how I look but also because of my health.
04:11Because I'm getting older.
04:12I'm in my mid-30s now.
04:15When facing a crisis, how do you handle it?
04:20With grace.
04:23I reflect.
04:24I look within myself first.
04:29I see where I went wrong.
04:32How am I going to overcome it?
04:34And how do I not do it again?
04:37Or subject myself in that situation.
04:41But yeah, it's not in my nature that others will judge me.
04:49I make sure that I look within myself first.
04:52Reflect before deciding or before speaking my mind or speaking my truth.
04:59How are you at this point in your life?
05:03I would say I'm very okay.
05:06I'm in the process of rediscovering myself.
05:09I know it's cliche.
05:10There are a lot of us who, after a huge life-altering experience,
05:17that's what you hear from people.
05:18But it's my truth.
05:20Yes, I'm rediscovering myself, meeting a lot of people,
05:23reconnecting with my old friends, finding new hobbies,
05:27and also focusing on my job and focusing on myself.
05:33How happy is your heart from one to ten?
05:36My heart in general?
05:44It's a very hard question.
05:46Seven?
05:47Eight?
05:50Is moving on easier with age or do heartbreaks hurt the same?
05:57It really varies from the experience.
06:00How were you hurt?
06:09When you're getting older and you've gone through many breakups already,
06:16somehow you know how to navigate the process.
06:20But it still hurts the same or sometimes even more.
06:23Given all that you've been through and knowing what you know now,
06:27what do you want to tell yourself?
06:31Hang in there.
