00:00:00We're halfway through the blinds, and I have a lot of big voices on my team, which I love.
00:00:10You know, there's a lot of people that can hit notes, but when you have someone that
00:00:15has that powerful emotional energy with great technicality, when you put that together,
00:00:23it's unstoppable.
00:00:24I love singers that make me feel a certain energy.
00:00:32Voices that are able to be powerful and dramatic and pack a punch.
00:00:37I want to go, wow, when I listen to a singer.
00:00:40They have to have a natural sense of musicality that enables them to really tell us a story
00:00:50and make us believe it.
00:00:53I think that's a skill that can't be taught, and that's what I'm looking for.
00:01:03The voices that I want on Team Guy this year are just ones that are made for streaming,
00:01:09made for radio.
00:01:10They just seem really current, really soulful, undeniable when it comes to grabbing your
00:01:15attention.
00:01:16It's a very competitive industry, and this year, I just want people who know who they
00:01:22are.
00:01:23Are we ready for it?
00:01:27Tonight, eight new artists.
00:01:31Music is my passion.
00:01:32And my heart that I'm ready for this.
00:01:34Put it all on the line.
00:01:35I am singing an Adam Leavitt song.
00:01:37Bit of a risky move.
00:01:38And have the coaches going to war.
00:01:39I would absolutely love to have you on my team.
00:01:40You're amazing.
00:01:41Yes, Adam!
00:01:42Yes, Adam!
00:01:43But that would be so predictable, wouldn't it?
00:01:44Oh!
00:01:45So, who will grab one of the last coveted spots?
00:01:56I think you could win this whole competition.
00:01:59Oh.
00:02:00Just pretend that didn't happen.
00:02:03Hi, my name's Kira.
00:02:16I'm 16, so I'm still at school, but I work at a local burger joint.
00:02:23To get me through a long shift, I love to sing for the customers.
00:02:26They always seem to love it, and they're very surprised that such a big voice comes out
00:02:29of such a little person.
00:02:35The real reason I'm here is because there's a boy I work with who I very much like, and
00:02:42he's coming here to my blind auditions.
00:02:44He's in the audience?
00:02:45Mm-hmm.
00:02:46Oh, my gosh.
00:02:47I am so nervous.
00:02:48Yeah, what happens when you get nervous?
00:02:49I giggle.
00:02:50Please.
00:02:51I giggle a lot.
00:02:52Like, a lot.
00:02:53The song I'm singing for my blind audition is Fading Like a Flower by Roxette.
00:03:06What?
00:03:07That's not really your era.
00:03:08Roxette.
00:03:09Only people who really know it is my parents.
00:03:10The last bit is really, really going to get to me.
00:03:14There's a big jump, and I'm pretty nervous for that because it's just very hard and fast,
00:03:17and it's all happening at once.
00:03:18What if you walk out there and start giggling into it?
00:03:22Yeah.
00:03:23Will you?
00:03:24Tonight, I'm going to be, like, the most anxious and nervous I've ever been in my entire life.
00:03:33I am just really, really, really hoping I do not giggle.
00:03:39I cannot giggle at all.
00:03:40No way.
00:03:53I cannot.
00:03:55I'm sorry.
00:04:18Cool.
00:04:23a little time, to get your face right out of my mind,
00:04:30to see the world through different eyes.
00:04:35Go, Farrah!
00:04:38Every time I see you, I will try to hide away.
00:04:42But when we meet, I seem like heaven and hell.
00:04:47Every time you leave the room, I feel
00:04:50invaded like a flower.
00:04:54Every time I see you, I will try to hide away.
00:04:59But when we meet, I seem like heaven and hell.
00:05:03Every time you leave the room, I feel invaded like a.
00:05:08Every time I see you, I will try to hide away.
00:05:12But when we meet, I seem like heaven and hell.
00:05:16Every time you leave the room, I feel invaded like a flower.
00:05:23Oh!
00:05:24Oh!
00:05:25Oh!
00:05:26Oh!
00:05:27Oh!
00:05:28Oh!
00:05:29Oh!
00:05:30Oh!
00:05:31I don't know if I've ever been so close to hitting my button
00:05:36and then feeling immediate regret for not hitting it.
00:05:39Yeah.
00:05:40Um, what's your name?
00:05:42I'm Kira.
00:05:43I'm 16.
00:05:44I'm from Newcastle.
00:05:45We both were just, like, hovering, going, uh, uh, uh, uh.
00:05:49I felt the same.
00:05:50I was like, aw, right there.
00:05:53It was so close.
00:05:54Yeah.
00:05:55Which is so great.
00:05:56Yeah.
00:05:58Are you always this happy?
00:06:00Yes, pretty much.
00:06:02I love it.
00:06:03Yeah, I'm pretty much here to impress a boy I like from work.
00:06:07Oh!
00:06:08Oh!
00:06:10OK.
00:06:11He's here, so I'm kind of nervous.
00:06:13Oh, he's here.
00:06:15I kind of got a feel.
00:06:16Yeah.
00:06:17Where is he?
00:06:18Oh!
00:06:19Oh!
00:06:20Oh!
00:06:21Oh!
00:06:22Oh!
00:06:23Oh!
00:06:24Oh!
00:06:25Oh!
00:06:26Oh!
00:06:27Oh!
00:06:28Oh!
00:06:29I think it worked.
00:06:30Oh!
00:06:31Oh!
00:06:32Oh!
00:06:33Oh!
00:06:34Oh!
00:06:35Oh!
00:06:36Oh!
00:06:37Oh!
00:06:38Oh!
00:06:39Oh!
00:06:40Oh!
00:06:41Oh!
00:06:42Oh!
00:06:43Oh!
00:06:44Oh!
00:06:45Oh!
00:06:46Oh!
00:06:47It's her dad.
00:06:48Oh, that's dad.
00:06:49That's dad.
00:06:50Have you met this young gentleman?
00:06:52I have not.
00:06:53Yeah.
00:06:54Oh!
00:06:55Oh!
00:06:56He's getting off.
00:06:58That is the sweetest thing.
00:07:00Yes.
00:07:01This is where I got into singing.
00:07:04Kira, your voice is so great.
00:07:07And I'm still trying to understand and analyze
00:07:09why I wasn't tipped over the edge.
00:07:11I have some thoughts.
00:07:12I think for me, it's like, you have the range.
00:07:14Your pitch is great.
00:07:16You have a strong voice.
00:07:17The belt was good.
00:07:18I think you're really close to being ready.
00:07:21You just need a little more time to, like,
00:07:23finesse it a little bit.
00:07:25So please, please promise us that you're
00:07:27going to keep working on this.
00:07:29You're really talented.
00:07:31You're only 16.
00:07:33You're just at the start.
00:07:34I love that song choice, Rock Set.
00:07:37I mean, come on.
00:07:38I love Rock Set.
00:07:39The reason that I didn't turn is the competition
00:07:42is really heating up.
00:07:43And I was kind of looking for one extra element.
00:07:47But you have pipes on you.
00:07:49You can totally sing.
00:07:51You're only 16.
00:07:52You got this.
00:07:55We are to that point where we have a lot of people
00:07:57on our team.
00:07:58And we are looking for that extra something.
00:08:00You know, to be that close at 16 is such a beautiful thing.
00:08:04Please keep discovering yourself and expanding.
00:08:06Hone your craft and come back.
00:08:09Yeah.
00:08:11You know, most people leave when they don't get a chair
00:08:14turn kind of empty-handed.
00:08:16You are not empty-handed.
00:08:17You have some flowers and a possible whole journey
00:08:21of love ahead of you.
00:08:22So don't embarrass her like that, guy.
00:08:29Come on.
00:08:30Sorry.
00:08:33Thank you, Kiera.
00:08:35Thank you so much.
00:08:36Nice to meet you.
00:08:37Yes.
00:08:41So cute.
00:08:42It's almost like she did this on, like, a dare.
00:08:45Like, a dare you'd audition for The Voice.
00:08:47She's like, OK.
00:08:48She's like, OK.
00:08:49Whatever.
00:08:50So nice.
00:08:53That's what I'm talking about.
00:08:55Beautiful.
00:08:57That's what I love you for.
00:08:58I love the flowers.
00:08:59That was so much fun.
00:09:00I love it.
00:09:01It was so nice.
00:09:02I did.
00:09:03I did.
00:09:09What are you doing?
00:09:10Hello.
00:09:11You did so good.
00:09:13Thanks for the flowers.
00:09:14It's all right.
00:09:15Hi, mate.
00:09:16Good to meet you.
00:09:17Nice to meet you.
00:09:18My brother.
00:09:19My brother.
00:09:20I'm really so great.
00:09:22I just got on a date with a guy I like from my blind audition.
00:09:27I'm just so excited.
00:09:30I'm all up for The Voice crossing over into a dating show as well.
00:09:34I love it.
00:09:35Oh, my god.
00:09:36Right?
00:09:37Matchmaker.
00:09:39That is one of the most contagious laughs I've ever heard.
00:09:53My name's Jayden Randall.
00:09:54I'm 22, and I'm from Aotearoa, New Zealand.
00:09:59I've been really lucky to voice two Disney princesses in Disney films
00:10:05that have been re-dubbed in te reo Maori, which is our indigenous language back home in Aotearoa.
00:10:10And I got to voice Moana and Princess Ana in Frozen.
00:10:15I re-voiced the dialogue as well as the singing.
00:10:18So I got to do all the chatting and then all the singing.
00:10:20So it was, yeah, full package.
00:10:24I think voicing a character really translates into my performance
00:10:28because they can't see your face behind the cartoon.
00:10:31So everything needs to be portrayed with your voice.
00:10:34The sadness, the anger, the happiness.
00:10:40Music means the absolute world to me.
00:10:42I feel like it is what I was meant to do.
00:10:46I was really lucky to grow up with my cousins.
00:10:49And we used to sing together all the time.
00:10:51My koro, who's my grandfather, he used to play the guitar for us.
00:10:54It was just something that was always in our household.
00:10:58When you're with the people you love and comfortable,
00:11:00you have room to, yeah, make some mistakes or try new things.
00:11:05Prior to these Disney experiences, I was quite a shy person.
00:11:10I mean, I still am, but in terms of my performances, I was quite shy.
00:11:16Doing Moana taught me that you need to just take every opportunity.
00:11:20It showed me that I can really do anything that I want to do.
00:11:25My blind audition song is Big White Room by Jessie J.
00:11:30I guess the worst case scenario with the song is that
00:11:33the highest note that I hit, I could possibly crack.
00:11:45I am feeling quite nervous about stepping out on the voice stage
00:11:48because everyone can see my face now.
00:11:51I can't hide behind a Disney character.
00:11:58Now I'm ready to take that next step and be me.
00:12:03I'm ready.
00:12:13I'm just walking.
00:12:34I'm just walking.
00:12:43Oi, don't look around.
00:12:45Can you imagine?
00:12:46You're not allowed to.
00:12:47Yeah.
00:12:48You're not allowed to.
00:12:49Yeah.
00:13:16Oh, come on.
00:13:19Wow.
00:13:28Wow.
00:13:49Wow.
00:14:14Wow.
00:14:19Wow.
00:14:31Yes, Jess!
00:14:37Damn.
00:14:46Jesus Christ.
00:14:49Yes, girl.
00:14:51Yes.
00:14:59Get out of here.
00:15:03Wow.
00:15:10Wow.
00:15:11Wow.
00:15:12Where did you come from?
00:15:14Who are you?
00:15:15Where did you come from?
00:15:16Hi.
00:15:17I'm Jaden Randall.
00:15:18I'm 22 and I'm originally from New Zealand.
00:15:23I think you could win this whole competition.
00:15:26I had goosebumps the whole time.
00:15:28That was genuinely exciting.
00:15:32Thank you so much.
00:15:34And so theatrical as well.
00:15:36I mean, what a brilliant song to showcase your talent.
00:15:39What are your musical influences?
00:15:41Like, what's your background?
00:15:43Back home, I've had the honour of voicing some Disney princesses
00:15:45in our indigenous language.
00:15:47Oh, wow.
00:15:48Cool.
00:15:49So I got to be Moana and I got to be Princess Anna in Frozen.
00:15:52I can totally hear that.
00:15:54Absolutely, yeah.
00:15:56Coming from a theatrical background myself,
00:15:59I do know a lot about music theatre and that kind of repertoire,
00:16:02but also how it can overlap with pop music
00:16:05and you can create something,
00:16:07a kind of theatrical pop that really thrills people.
00:16:11What I'd love to work with you on
00:16:13is your being anchored on stage
00:16:16and that actually you have permission not to smile, if you like,
00:16:19not to look friendly,
00:16:21particularly when you're singing an angst-ridden song.
00:16:24Vocally, you're all there.
00:16:26So now it's about merging your persona, your on-stage self,
00:16:30with that powerhouse of a voice.
00:16:33And I'd be so thrilled to go on this journey with you on Team Kate.
00:16:37Thank you so much.
00:16:39I threw my shoe at you. I don't know if you're familiar.
00:16:42It's very, like, you're amazing.
00:16:44I'm going to throw my shoe. I'm going to go get my shoe.
00:16:54I'm just going to leave it here to remind you
00:16:56that I'm willing to take off shoes for you.
00:17:01Your voice is nuts. I mean, that's like an elastic band.
00:17:04You have range for the stratosphere.
00:17:06It's unbelievable what you did with it just now.
00:17:08When I turned around, you were sustaining a note just effortlessly
00:17:11in just such... It's such a joyful sort of energy
00:17:14that you communicated.
00:17:16And it was really, really exciting to listen to that.
00:17:19Really exciting.
00:17:21I did hear a bit of Jessie J's DNA
00:17:25in some of the choices that you were making,
00:17:27some of the runs, some of the licks.
00:17:29And I wonder, as an artist, where your inclinations are.
00:17:33Like, where would you take something differently?
00:17:35Like, how would you color a song
00:17:37that no one has done that way before?
00:17:39I think as Team Adam, if you chose me as your coach,
00:17:43that would be the thing that I would probably challenge you to find.
00:17:46Because I think you have, like, the technique,
00:17:48like, without even thinking about it.
00:17:50And that's so exciting.
00:17:54Hey, Jaden.
00:17:56Hi.
00:17:57I think you're an artist, Jaden. I really do.
00:17:59Your ability's incredible.
00:18:02I would really love to be your coach.
00:18:04And I would say, on Team Guy,
00:18:08I wouldn't define for you who you are.
00:18:11I would just help you figure that out and then steer you.
00:18:19Hi, my love. You have a stunning voice.
00:18:22You obviously can...
00:18:24Like Adam says, it's, like, out of the stratosphere
00:18:26when it comes to your range.
00:18:28I'm actually really sad I didn't turn around.
00:18:30And so, no question, you are talented.
00:18:33Like, no question at all.
00:18:35It was just I didn't quite connect with the feeling and the tone.
00:18:39And that's just completely personal preference.
00:18:42So completely just throw that out the back door.
00:18:44Don't listen to me and listen to them.
00:18:46So there you go. Thank you.
00:18:51All right, Jaden.
00:18:53It's decision time.
00:18:55Okay, Jaden, I would absolutely love to have you on my team.
00:19:01What do we have to tell you?
00:19:03You know, who are you feeling?
00:19:05Who do you think you could learn the most from?
00:19:08Okay. Would you like to come and...
00:19:10Would you like to come and sit in my chair?
00:19:12Come and have a turn sitting in the chair.
00:19:15That...
00:19:17Don't look that way. It's unfortunate.
00:19:19Don't be blinded by the heels.
00:19:21Feel how it feels in the chair. Do you want to...
00:19:24Oh, see these buttons I've got?
00:19:26I've just...
00:19:28Oh!
00:19:30I just slipped over.
00:19:32Oh, my God.
00:19:34I just slipped over. Sorry.
00:19:36She's blocked them.
00:19:38Thank you so much.
00:19:40It's absolutely brilliant.
00:19:44Wow.
00:19:46I used my... It's called an ultimate block.
00:19:48So they're all blocked.
00:19:50Wow. KMH.
00:19:52Palamu.
00:19:54I think it's a good match.
00:19:56I think she'll know what to do with her, yeah.
00:19:58Yeah. Hi, Mum.
00:20:00Hello. Hi, how are you?
00:20:02Great. Sorry, what's your name?
00:20:04Riss. Riss, hello. Great to meet you.
00:20:06You come all the way from New Zealand.
00:20:08Here we are. You must be so proud.
00:20:10She absolutely smashed it.
00:20:12Yeah, thank you. She did really well.
00:20:14You kind of knew she would, though, right?
00:20:16I was hoping so, yeah.
00:20:18I've been practising, like, all the time, so she's probably glad it's over.
00:20:21Well, it's only just begun, actually.
00:20:23They said that I look so happy and so joyous, which is great,
00:20:26because inside I was so, so nervous.
00:20:28It's such an honour that you would want to use your one to ultimate block on me.
00:20:31I don't regret it.
00:20:33I was looking at Mum, like, who should I choose?
00:20:35And then it was just like, bam.
00:20:37Thank you so much. Such a pleasure.
00:20:41I feel like more dreams, hopefully, are getting ticked off.
00:20:44That was so scary.
00:20:46Jayden is very special.
00:20:48Yeah, she is.
00:20:50She's very special. I'm excited to see what they come up with together,
00:20:53because her voice is pretty nuts.
00:20:55I mean, she can do anything.
00:20:57She can go anywhere.
00:20:59Yeah. Well done.
00:21:01That was a power move.
00:21:03That was a power move. Really good.
00:21:05She is stunning, and you guys can suck it.
00:21:08Oh!
00:21:10I've never seen this side.
00:21:12I'm kind of liking this side of her, though, I have to say.
00:21:14It's not aimed at me. It's all good.
00:21:16Spacing. Spacing.
00:21:18I think she probably would have gone with you.
00:21:20I think so, too.
00:21:22Well, let's not dwell in the past.
00:21:24Coming up, more artists put their talent to the test.
00:21:27I will literally be singing my heart out
00:21:30to get these chairs to turn,
00:21:32because it would just be a dream come true.
00:21:34It's tough to know if my voice
00:21:36is what one of the coaches is looking for.
00:21:38But who's got what it takes to stand out?
00:21:41I felt like I was listening to an angel.
00:21:43What you did was even more powerful than you realize.
00:21:45Your voice gave me goosebumps everywhere.
00:21:49I have never heard a vocal tone like that in my life.
00:21:53Your true superpower is the fact that you're unique.
00:21:57You're unique.
00:22:04The important thing about a blind audition
00:22:07is being able to put your stamp on it.
00:22:09You know, I don't want to just hear somebody at a karaoke bar
00:22:13or a carbon copy of the original.
00:22:15To me, that's not artistry.
00:22:17your stamp on it. You know, I don't want to just hear somebody at a karaoke bar or a carbon
00:22:23copy of the original. To me, that's not artistry.
00:22:28My name's Hannah Stowe and I'm 29. I'm from Perth, Western Australia.
00:22:32My name's Kate DeLuca. I'm 17 years old.
00:22:35I work on a mine site as a FIFO nurse. So there's 2,000 workers on the site and there
00:22:43is one nurse and that's me.
00:22:46I consider myself a bit of a crooner. I love Michael Bublé and anything jazz.
00:22:52I have a pretty cool, excessive collection of suits. If you like the colour, I've most
00:22:56definitely got it. I'm really hoping that my lucky green suit
00:23:00is going to help me get a chair turn tonight.
00:23:03There's a massive difference between a great singer and an artist who has something to
00:23:11say. Those artists that have come on with their
00:23:14own arrangements of songs or put a different emotional colour over it, those are the artists
00:23:20that really make a deep impression.
00:23:25There's a lot of different ways an artist can make a song their own. Sometimes it's
00:23:28just the tone of their voice which can reinvent a song.
00:23:32I think as coaches, that's the way we get to see that they're not just someone who emulates.
00:23:44Let's go, buddy. Let's go, Deez.
00:24:14Let's go, Deez.
00:24:44And I'm feeling good.
00:24:59Hi, everyone. My name's Cade. I'm 17 years old and I'm from Perth, Western Australia.
00:25:07I really enjoyed your performance. Just because we didn't turn around doesn't mean that we
00:25:12weren't back there completely enjoying it. You have a beautiful voice. Is Michael Buble
00:25:18the style of music that you're really into?
00:25:20I think so, yeah. I absolutely love Buble. Everything he does. He's just an all-round
00:25:24nice guy and I think he's just amazing.
00:25:26You can tell you listen to Michael a lot. The one thing I would highly suggest for you
00:25:30is to really... I know you're very young and it's easy to listen to artists that we love
00:25:36and start to emulate them. And I heard a great replica of Michael Buble, but I really
00:25:43would love to know more about who you are. I would just encourage you to really sit with
00:25:48yourself and discover your inner voice. What wants to come naturally out of you and play
00:25:54around with that. See what comes out.
00:25:56Absolutely. Thank you so much. I really value that feedback. Thank you so much.
00:26:00It was interesting because during the song you hit one little moment, you said the word
00:26:04blossom. And you sang it in a very tender way. You changed the tone of your voice on
00:26:10that word. But you went, blossom. And it was softer and a bit more intimate. And I was
00:26:16like, ooh, maybe just moving forward. Mess with different approaches to the way you sing
00:26:22and where you place it. I think you have the ability to do a lot of different colors with
00:26:26your voice. But we only heard one. I can tell you have a lot to offer. So play with
00:26:32that because I know it's in there. Awesome. Thank you so much. Thank you. Thank you for
00:26:36having me. And you should be really proud. Really proud. I love teenagers like that.
00:26:45They just go against the norm. I think it's so cool. I love that.
00:26:50I love music and I want to perform and I want to be on a stage. My sound is definitely different.
00:26:57I think it's an acquired taste. You either like how I sound or you really hate how I
00:27:02sound. There's not really many people that are in between. The song that I'm singing
00:27:06for my blind audition is Wonderwall by Oasis. It's such a well-known song that the flair
00:27:12that I've put on it is either going to be perceived really well or people aren't going
00:27:15to like it. There's a lot riding on this song, that's for sure.
00:27:45I can't believe that anybody feels the way I do about you now.
00:27:54And all the roads we have to walk are winding. And all the lights that lead us there are blinding.
00:28:04It's so cool how he's like playing with the melody.
00:28:09I'd like to say to you but I don't know how.
00:28:17Because maybe you're gonna be the one that saves me.
00:28:32You're my wonderwall.
00:28:39Wow. What's your name?
00:28:52My name is Hannah Stowe. I'm 29 from WA.
00:28:55That's so wow. That was really haunting and interesting. I loved how you were playing
00:29:04with the melody, you know, taking liberties with that and you really made that song your own.
00:29:09I brought things out of it that I didn't know were there. So that was really cool. I felt
00:29:13like sometimes, I don't know if it was nerves or not, but like pitch-wise there were a few
00:29:20moments where I felt a little bit on shaky ground. Did you feel nervous?
00:29:24Yeah, for sure. Yeah, it was very nerve-wracking, yeah.
00:29:27Yeah, yeah. I can imagine. I actually really did love that performance.
00:29:31Yeah, well done.
00:29:35Maybe it is just finding some other like timbre or something that's another element of surprise
00:29:42that you can pull out in a song. Like maybe it's a little burst of power to counteract
00:29:47the hauntingness and then you'll have people really on the edge of their seat for the entire
00:29:51performance. But something special, really special.
00:29:55Thank you, I appreciate that.
00:29:56It's hard not pushing that button sometimes. For the artists that don't get any chairs to
00:30:06turn, I hope that what we give them is something they can take home and learn from.
00:30:13Even before Idol, I was knocked back heaps. Like I tried multiple labels, sent my demos,
00:30:19rejection letter after rejection letter. But it's so important to go away and use it as fuel.
00:30:25So important.
00:30:28When I was 11, I walked into this head of this record label at his house and I sang for him in
00:30:34his living room. And he looked at me and he said, come back when you're 18. He was like,
00:30:40we don't want another Tanya Tucker. I walked out of his house and I looked at my dad and I said,
00:30:45I'll have a record deal in six weeks. And I did.
00:30:54I just feel like we need a backward facing Franklin boot, mate.
00:31:16Yes.
00:31:20Living in a bedroom island, you know.
00:31:24So you want me to make love to the camera?
00:31:31Hi, my name is Quincy and I'm at The Voice.
00:31:37I'm from Reunion Island, which is a tiny island in the Indian Ocean,
00:31:40which somehow makes me French.
00:31:42I've been here in Australia for 15 years and I've been loving it.
00:31:50My mom didn't think that music was a real career path. So I went back to uni to do what?
00:31:57Accounting. So that's how I ended up with being Quincy during the day.
00:32:02But I'm Quincy at night because that's what keeps me sane and that's who I really am.
00:32:05I think Quincy is like an extension of me, but the one that doesn't give a damn.
00:32:14So Quincy is unapologetic, loud and sassy as hell.
00:32:19Everything that I can't be doing during the day, basically.
00:32:24So I'm singing Sexual Healing by Marvin Gaye.
00:32:28So look, the song is there to allow me to Quincy-fy the living hell out of it.
00:32:34But there's always that fear of rejection.
00:32:37But I'll do the best I can to ensure that I turn a chair.
00:33:04I'm hot just like an oven. I need some loving.
00:33:21I can hold it much longer. It's getting stronger and stronger.
00:33:31When I get that feeling, I want sexual healing.
00:33:37Sexual healing is something that's good for me.
00:33:43Whenever blue tears are falling.
00:33:47And my emotional stability is leaving me.
00:33:53There is something that I can do.
00:33:57I can use the feelings for me.
00:34:00Call you a babysitter.
00:34:03Honey, I heard you've been there to relieve me.
00:34:08I need to keep talking. That is sexual healing.
00:34:14Baby.
00:34:18Sexual healing is something that's good for me.
00:34:28I love it!
00:34:30Bravo!
00:34:44What's your name?
00:34:46Hi, I'm Quincy by day, Quincy by night.
00:34:51I'm 33 years old, originally from Reunion Island.
00:34:55But I've been in Perth, Australia for the last 15 years.
00:34:59Nice!
00:35:01You can sing!
00:35:03Thank you!
00:35:05I love your voice, that was great.
00:35:07I could tell even with my back turned that there was a flamboyance about you that I obviously identify with.
00:35:13More and more in music right now, there's such an open playing field for every person and every background and every energy.
00:35:20And I feel like you brought me that energy and I think we can have a lot of fun picking great songs for you.
00:35:25Thank you so much!
00:35:27I loved it!
00:35:29Are you and Kate going to the prom together tonight?
00:35:31What's happening here?
00:35:33I think you're my 7th girl, let's go!
00:35:37I should go and stand next to you.
00:35:39Good girl!
00:35:41That was brilliant!
00:35:43Likewise!
00:35:45Amazing!
00:35:47Ready?
00:35:49Love it!
00:35:51So good, congratulations!
00:35:53So tell us more about you.
00:35:55What got you into singing?
00:35:57When did you start?
00:35:59Girl, let me tell you.
00:36:01Basically, I've got a corporate job during the daytime because, wait for it, it's funny.
00:36:05I did a Masters in Professional Accounting.
00:36:10Hey!
00:36:12My parents didn't see music as a viable career, but it's something I've always wanted to do
00:36:18because music has slowly developed into something that if I don't do, I get depressed.
00:36:22Same.
00:36:24So that's why I'm here today.
00:36:26I love that!
00:36:28You're following your heart.
00:36:30I really am, yeah.
00:36:32I think it's a great set up because you look like you enjoy buying clothes
00:36:36and I've got a legitimate tax write-off for all the outfits that you buy.
00:36:40Girl, not only your pretty face, you know.
00:36:46I mean, like, they were pleading with us to turn around
00:36:50and I can see why now.
00:36:52I think you're built for this show.
00:36:54I think this is going to be a great moment.
00:36:56I think you and Adam are a match made in heaven as well.
00:36:58You were the one I really wanted to turn around, so.
00:37:02I'm going to be learning from the best, girl.
00:37:04Welcome to Team Adam.
00:37:06Thank you so much.
00:37:10So nice to meet you.
00:37:12Give me a hug.
00:37:14Pleasure.
00:37:16I think we've had so much fun.
00:37:18You can sing.
00:37:20I'm ready.
00:37:22We'll do some really good songs.
00:37:24Bye.
00:37:28So cute.
00:37:30I'm so glad I have a guy with a big voice.
00:37:33I have women that are doing that on my team,
00:37:35but a guy that can throw down.
00:37:37That was great.
00:37:39I could feel his spirit.
00:37:46He's a very spirited person.
00:37:48I love it.
00:37:50He's a character.
00:37:52I love the falsetto, too.
00:37:54He hit that note right on.
00:37:56The minute I heard Quincy, I just thought,
00:37:58I don't have a guy that can really give me epic vocals yet.
00:38:02And he's got it.
00:38:04He's got chops.
00:38:06I'm excited.
00:38:08I really liked Quincy's voice.
00:38:20This is Larissa's interview.
00:38:22Ta-da!
00:38:26My age is...
00:38:28Can you guess, please?
00:38:30I'm 55.
00:38:32I am a bandura player,
00:38:34a national instrument of Ukraine.
00:38:36And I'm born in Ukraine.
00:38:43String instruments,
00:38:45they have something magical about them,
00:38:47because the sound is coming from your soul
00:38:49and through your fingers to the strings.
00:38:56In a certain time,
00:38:58they found bandura threatening,
00:39:00people being killed for playing.
00:39:04They tried to destroy Ukrainian identity
00:39:06by destroying the instruments,
00:39:08destroying the musicians who play.
00:39:12They're trying to possess
00:39:14and rule Ukraine
00:39:16as they're trying to do it now.
00:39:22Bandura is quite heavy and big.
00:39:24It's got 65 strings,
00:39:27which I have to tune every single day.
00:39:29And it's still not perfect.
00:39:33I'm doing something very unusual,
00:39:35very unknown.
00:39:37I'm really hoping
00:39:39that someone will turn to check.
00:39:57OK.
00:40:12What is that instrument?
00:40:14I don't know.
00:40:16A fish thing?
00:40:27Maria
00:40:29Maria
00:40:45Maria
00:40:57Maria
00:41:15Maria
00:41:27Maria
00:41:53That gave me goosebumps.
00:41:55Goosebumps everywhere.
00:41:57All over my body I had the chills.
00:42:03What's your name?
00:42:05My name is Larisa
00:42:07and I'm Ukrainian,
00:42:0955 years old.
00:42:15First off, I was moved to tears.
00:42:17I felt like I was listening to an angel.
00:42:19You took me to this otherworldly place
00:42:21with your voice.
00:42:23And so controlled
00:42:25and so just stunning.
00:42:27How long have you been performing?
00:42:29I start singing before I start talking.
00:42:31That's what my grandma told me.
00:42:33This is my beautiful instrument
00:42:35called Bandura.
00:42:37It's like a soul of Ukrainian nation.
00:42:39And sometimes I compare that with
00:42:41didgeridoo.
00:42:43It's a sacred instrument.
00:42:45When the Russian Empire
00:42:47tried to destroy the country,
00:42:49musicians who played this instrument
00:42:52were destroyed.
00:42:54For what reason?
00:42:56Just because it was a representation of the culture?
00:42:58Exactly.
00:43:00Thank you so much for letting us hear it today.
00:43:04Not only was the intro
00:43:06and your accompaniment beautiful,
00:43:08but your voice,
00:43:10there's so many vibrations and layers
00:43:12to the sound you were making.
00:43:14You were so still.
00:43:16That to me is spiritual.
00:43:18It was just stunning.
00:43:20It was a spiritual experience, for sure.
00:43:24And I will say
00:43:26that dress is really good.
00:43:28I really like it.
00:43:30For me, personally,
00:43:32the reason I didn't turn,
00:43:34it's not exactly what I'm looking for on my team,
00:43:36but I think that was absolutely gorgeous
00:43:38and it was so haunting
00:43:40and soulful.
00:43:42I could feel the grief that underpinned
00:43:44your delivery of that song.
00:43:46Do you have lots of family back in the Ukraine still?
00:43:48Yes, I do have family
00:43:50and the young people dying
00:43:52and innocent people dying, brave
00:43:54and young, full of energy.
00:43:56People who can use this energy
00:43:58for something creative and something better.
00:44:00And I'm also grateful for
00:44:02Australian government and Australian people
00:44:04for their great support
00:44:06but have this compassion and the humanity
00:44:08and understanding
00:44:10just the human qualities that we all should have.
00:44:12That's why I would like to say
00:44:14thank you to all Australians
00:44:16for supporting
00:44:18and helping Ukraine.
00:44:22You know, you just said something,
00:44:24human quality and I think
00:44:26what you just did on this show was just
00:44:28show the human side of
00:44:30culture through music and that's the
00:44:32most powerful thing to do is just
00:44:34to remind people that we're all human.
00:44:36We all bleed, we all feel
00:44:38pain, we all feel love
00:44:40and I think what you did was even
00:44:42probably more powerful than you realise
00:44:45because you just reminded people of
00:44:47the humanity that's involved in any
00:44:49conflict. Even though we don't turn
00:44:51and add someone to our team, we still get
00:44:53excited to be able to share this sort of stuff
00:44:55with you. I'm so glad
00:44:57you've shared your gift. It was really
00:44:59beautiful. So thank you, Larissa.
00:45:01Thank you so much. Thank you guys.
00:45:03Thank you. No, no, no. Larissa, you are
00:45:05far from done.
00:45:07You got two chair turns here.
00:45:09Do I have to make a decision?
00:45:11Yes.
00:45:13I'm hopeless with making decisions.
00:45:17I would absolutely love
00:45:19to have you on Team Leanne.
00:45:23Decisions, decisions, decisions.
00:45:27Adam, yeah, Adam.
00:45:32You're all amazing.
00:45:43You are incredibly unique.
00:45:45We haven't seen anyone or anything
00:45:47like this on the show.
00:45:49Do I have to make a decision?
00:45:51Yes.
00:45:53I'm hopeless with making decisions.
00:45:57I would absolutely love
00:45:59to have you on Team Leanne.
00:46:03Decisions, decisions, decisions.
00:46:05Decisions, decisions, decisions.
00:46:11Adam, yeah, Adam.
00:46:17You're all amazing.
00:46:25I think I will go with
00:46:27Leanne.
00:46:29I'm so excited.
00:46:31You are so beautiful.
00:46:33It's so nice to meet you.
00:46:35I can't wait.
00:46:37It's going to be fun.
00:46:39Oh, yes.
00:46:41Well done.
00:46:45I'm so excited to hear
00:46:47what you're going to do.
00:46:49I think it's a good fit.
00:46:51I think you're going to do something
00:46:53really interesting.
00:46:55I want to have her back.
00:46:58I think you're going to do something
00:47:00really interesting.
00:47:02I want to have her play on something of mine.
00:47:04I'm doing my second chant record right now.
00:47:06I would love to have her come on
00:47:08and do something on that.
00:47:10The instrument is such a cool texture.
00:47:12That was amazing.
00:47:14Her voice was like...
00:47:16I was like...
00:47:18When you turned around and watched it,
00:47:20it just kind of took you over.
00:47:22You were transfixed on what she was doing.
00:47:24It was very beautiful.
00:47:26She had that on the voice.
00:47:28That's cool.
00:47:30I don't know what I expected when I signed up for this show,
00:47:32but I don't know if I expected Larissa.
00:47:34I'm just excited to see
00:47:36where this all goes
00:47:38because it is going to stretch me as a coach
00:47:40and I'm ready for it.
00:47:47My name is Cody Gunton.
00:47:49I'm 23 and I'm from Launceston, Tasmania.
00:47:519 to 5, Monday to Friday,
00:47:53I do my Sparky work
00:47:55and then Friday to Sunday,
00:47:57I do all of my music.
00:47:59I sing because
00:48:01I have always loved it
00:48:03since I could talk.
00:48:05I see The Voice as an opportunity
00:48:07for me to get a music career.
00:48:09Hopefully that means putting down the tools.
00:48:13For my blind audition,
00:48:15I am singing
00:48:17What Do You Want From Me by Adam Lambert.
00:48:21I really like those powerful notes
00:48:23but it's definitely right
00:48:25on my breaking point.
00:48:27Adam will definitely know if I put one foot
00:48:29out of line.
00:48:31I imagine he's going to be listening
00:48:33very intently.
00:48:35It puts a lot of pressure on me.
00:48:51Here we go.
00:49:11Hey, slow it down
00:49:13What do you want from me?
00:49:15What do you want from me?
00:49:18There might have been a time
00:49:20when I would give myself away
00:49:23Oh, once upon a time
00:49:25I didn't give a damn
00:49:28But now
00:49:30Here we are
00:49:32So what do you want from me?
00:49:35What do you want from me?
00:49:39Just don't give up
00:49:42I'm working it out
00:49:44Just keep coming around
00:49:48What do you want from me?
00:49:50What do you want from me?
00:49:53What do you want from me?
00:49:59Oh, I won't let you down
00:50:04Oh, yeah
00:50:10I won't let you down
00:50:13Please don't give in
00:50:16I won't let you down
00:50:18It must be you
00:50:20Need a second to breathe
00:50:23Just keep coming around
00:50:27What do you want from me?
00:50:29What do you want from me?
00:50:32What do you want from me?
00:50:42Nice!
00:50:44Yeah!
00:50:46Nice!
00:50:50Four chairs! What's your name?
00:50:53I'm Cody Gunson, 23, and I'm from Tasmania.
00:50:58Nice! Nice!
00:51:00I'm very flattered that you chose my song. Thank you.
00:51:03That was a great compliment.
00:51:05Thank you very much.
00:51:07And you sound great. I mean, that chorus, it's hefty, you know.
00:51:10The final one, you have to keep getting those notes.
00:51:12You did a great job.
00:51:13Thank you. Thanks so much.
00:51:14You gave me, like, the angst that it needs emotionally,
00:51:17but you didn't look like it was too hard for you.
00:51:19It didn't seem like you were straining, which is great.
00:51:22Cool. Thank you very much.
00:51:23Because I think that's the fine line of that song.
00:51:25I feel like we could do something really cool together.
00:51:27Now, you're good looking. You're, like, handsome.
00:51:29I feel like what I could offer you as your coach is
00:51:32just kind of just nudge you into the, you know,
00:51:35take a step out of your comfort zone a little bit
00:51:38and be a rock star.
00:51:39Thank you so much. Thank you.
00:51:41The beauty of the way Adam sings that is
00:51:44even though the chorus isn't that much higher than the verses,
00:51:49Adam somehow makes it sound really grungy
00:51:53because, Adam, you, like, tap into this more gravelly,
00:51:57aggressive tone that you inherently have,
00:51:59and it's why you do so well. You know, squeeze it.
00:52:01Yeah, you squeeze it out.
00:52:03That's the only thing I think was missing.
00:52:06I hear you more in that, you know, like the script
00:52:10or the fray or even stuff like Muse.
00:52:13You know, there might be some stuff in that world.
00:52:16Love you. I would love you on my team.
00:52:18It was awesome.
00:52:19Thank you so much. Thank you.
00:52:22It's interesting what you were saying, Guy,
00:52:24because, like, I could hear you doing some acoustic stuff.
00:52:26I hate to use this word because I think I'm going to
00:52:28totally turn you off, but your voice sounded so earthy
00:52:30that I think you could do some really cool rock,
00:52:32like, country, like, earthy things, too.
00:52:34Like, just not, like, country country,
00:52:36but, like, with an earth flair.
00:52:38Like, it was super cool. I totally enjoyed your performance.
00:52:41You have a fantastic voice.
00:52:43And, yeah, I'd love to see where you could expand out into
00:52:46because there's so many ways you could go.
00:52:48Thank you. Thanks so much.
00:52:50You know, I hate to say it, but I agree with Guy.
00:52:53There's something lyrical about your voice
00:52:55that could go into sweeter, more beautiful places as well.
00:53:01And even that muse idea is kind of cool.
00:53:03How's your falsetto?
00:53:04Oh, falsetto is not really my strong...
00:53:06Oh, OK, right. I want to work on it, but...
00:53:08You don't need it. You've got plenty. You've got plenty.
00:53:10And I would love to have you on Team Kate.
00:53:13Thank you so much. Thank you.
00:53:15So what do you think? Who's it going to be?
00:53:17Yes, who is it?
00:53:23Oh, Dion.
00:53:32I mean, you did... This is not easy.
00:53:34You did pick my song, so don't surprise me.
00:53:36I was going to say, you did sing your song,
00:53:38so you might have a leg up in this, I'm just saying.
00:53:40Yeah, but that would be so predictable, wouldn't it?
00:53:42Oh!
00:53:44Are you getting in my head now?
00:53:46It would be like the bait and switch.
00:53:48He's like, I got you to turn your chair, but...
00:54:02I think I'm going to have to go with Adam.
00:54:10Thank you. I appreciate it. Very flattering. Thank you.
00:54:13We're going to have fun. It's going to be great. You'll love it.
00:54:15Hi, family. Hi, guys. How are you?
00:54:18Nice to meet you, Dion. It's going to be great.
00:54:20We're going to have a good time.
00:54:28I'm going to cry again.
00:54:30I'm so proud of you.
00:54:32Thanks, Mum.
00:54:34I really feel like Adam could really lead me in that direction
00:54:38of where I feel like I probably want my voice to sit.
00:54:43That is nine for Team Adam.
00:54:45I only have three spots left.
00:54:47I think I have to get even pickier now moving forward,
00:54:50but I was really, really happy to have Cody join my team.
00:54:53Next, a voice like no other.
00:54:57I think that sometimes we put the label unique
00:54:59on something that's different,
00:55:01and then it's kind of hard to know if it's a good or a bad thing.
00:55:04But will it be enough to turn a chair?
00:55:21Hi, I'm Sky. I'm 26, and I'm from Melbourne.
00:55:26People always comment on my unique voice.
00:55:30I think that sometimes we put the label unique
00:55:33on something that's different,
00:55:35and then it's kind of hard to know if it's a good or a bad thing.
00:55:38I always kept singing A Secret growing up,
00:55:41rehearsing in the garage, in the car,
00:55:44so it's like three layers of soundproofing in a way.
00:55:50As much as I love singing, I think there's a little bit of doubt
00:55:53when it comes to just being loud.
00:55:56And in order to sound good, you have to stand out.
00:55:59Like, you just have to get that confidence
00:56:01and just put yourself out there.
00:56:04It's tough to know if my voice is what one of the coaches is looking for
00:56:09and is good enough for their team.
00:56:11That also makes me wonder if my voice is good enough.
00:56:17Artist walking.
00:56:23Artist walking.
00:56:29You're all right.
00:56:31I'm all right.
00:56:53I used to float
00:56:56I love this song.
00:57:00I used to know
00:57:03But I'm not sure now
00:57:07What I was made for
00:57:14What was I made for?
00:57:22Cause I
00:57:29I don't know how to feel
00:57:38I love it!
00:57:42I don't know how to feel
00:57:49What was I made for?
00:57:55Someday I'll find
00:58:08I don't know how to feel
00:58:15Something I'm made for
00:58:22Something I'm made for
00:58:35What I'm made for
00:58:45Wow.
00:58:52Beautiful.
00:58:54Incredible, incredible.
00:58:58You just ruined my mascara.
00:59:01That was so beautiful.
00:59:03What is your name?
00:59:05My name's Sky, I'm 26, and I'm from Melbourne.
00:59:08Wow.
00:59:11It's such a perfect name for the sound of your voice to me.
00:59:16Technically speaking, I love that you can give breath and falsetto,
00:59:21but then I heard you leaning into these bigger notes
00:59:24and then you flipped into your falsetto again
00:59:26and it was just so effortless and so artful.
00:59:29I'm blown away.
00:59:31I didn't expect to see you when I turned around
00:59:34and that's like the coolest surprise
00:59:36and I think that you are poised to do something really great
00:59:39and really special.
00:59:41I have so many ideas, like songs that I would be like,
00:59:43oh my God, that would be amazing.
00:59:45He has to do this one, he has to do this one.
00:59:48I should be your coach.
00:59:49I mean, that's all I'm saying.
00:59:52We would have so much fun.
00:59:55I agree with Adam, like to turn around and see you,
00:59:57I was like, oh my God, I so wasn't expecting that
00:59:59and you were just this beautiful light
01:00:01and yeah, the heart that you have,
01:00:04you can tell that you have this gorgeous heart
01:00:06that just needs to shine
01:00:07and I think one of my greatest gifts
01:00:10is being able to touch people and reach in
01:00:12and really hone in on that feeling
01:00:14and you have so much of it there
01:00:16that I would love to play with you.
01:00:19We're going to have a lot of fun if you come to Team Leanne,
01:00:21so please, let's get on our feels together, guys.
01:00:28That was transcendent.
01:00:31I have never heard a vocal tone like that in my life.
01:00:38This song, what was I made for?
01:00:40It's a glorious song, so much emotion.
01:00:43What is it about for you?
01:00:45What are you singing about personally?
01:00:49I think stuff like this is scary.
01:00:52It is for us too, don't worry.
01:00:54Yeah.
01:00:55You're not alone.
01:00:56Yeah, I think that learning how to sing in the car,
01:00:59in the garage and doing it in secret for so long.
01:01:01Wow.
01:01:02Stepping into this is scary,
01:01:04but I think deep down I know that this is what I'm here to do.
01:01:09So, yeah, I'm kind of stepping out of my comfort zone
01:01:12and hopefully it rewards me.
01:01:14I have a feeling it will, actually.
01:01:16It's awesome that you're self-taught
01:01:18because you do have this beautiful authenticity.
01:01:21I was so vulnerable at the start.
01:01:25You know, I just wanted to lean in
01:01:27and then you had this incredible power,
01:01:29angelic in the upper range.
01:01:32I think it's freakishly beautiful.
01:01:36We could have a lot of fun together on Team Kate.
01:01:41You're a coach's dream, like, in all seriousness.
01:01:44Technically, you're brilliant, right?
01:01:45And vocally, it was really stunning.
01:01:47And you've got this real humility and, like, groundedness about you.
01:01:51But your true superpower is the fact that...
01:01:55..you're unique.
01:01:57Yes!
01:01:58So what does that give you room to do?
01:02:01It just gives you room to be Sky
01:02:03and be unapologetic about it
01:02:05and just do you and explore where that can go with no boundaries.
01:02:11I really enjoyed that.
01:02:13I would love you on Team Guy.
01:02:17So it's now over to you, Sky.
01:02:20Woo-hoo!
01:02:24Oh, my God!
01:02:33I love you all, seriously.
01:02:35Thank you so much for turning around.
01:02:41Oh, my gosh, you guys are all amazing
01:02:43and I'm just very emotionally overwhelmed right now.
01:02:51I love you!
01:02:54I'm gonna go with...
01:03:08So it's now over to you, Sky.
01:03:11Woo-hoo!
01:03:16Oh, my God!
01:03:21I love you all, seriously.
01:03:23Thank you so much for turning around.
01:03:29Oh, my gosh, you guys are all amazing
01:03:31and I'm just very emotionally overwhelmed right now.
01:03:43I'm gonna go with...
01:03:46I'm gonna go with...
01:03:50...Guy.
01:03:51Oh!
01:03:55Yes!
01:03:59That is awesome!
01:04:04Honestly, ridiculous.
01:04:08Ridiculous.
01:04:10Come and meet the other guys.
01:04:13It was an amazing audition.
01:04:15Congratulations. Can't wait to hear you.
01:04:17That was so beautiful.
01:04:19Congratulations.
01:04:21Stunning.
01:04:22Totally nailed it.
01:04:24Congratulations.
01:04:29He's a beast.
01:04:30Yeah, yeah, that's gonna be hard to beat.
01:04:32He's gonna nail it every week.
01:04:33I was so not expecting him when I turned around
01:04:35and it was so beautiful.
01:04:37Yeah, and he really...
01:04:38You know the thing that was great, too,
01:04:39is that, you know, some people get up here
01:04:40and they just sing the notes from the record.
01:04:42Yeah, he had his own thing.
01:04:43He, like, colored it his own way.
01:04:45It was like...
01:04:46Oh, totally.
01:04:47Even the name.
01:04:48That's like a sky.
01:04:49I'm like, oh, we're ready.
01:04:51Yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:04:52That's an artist.
01:04:53Yeah.
01:04:54Family!
01:04:55Yay!
01:04:58What a talent.
01:04:59I know.
01:05:00Just insane.
01:05:03It's powerful.
01:05:04Like, when you started belting,
01:05:06it was still so soft.
01:05:07You still had heaps of breath.
01:05:09You're like a recording dream.
01:05:11Because there's always...
01:05:12There's even air in the powerful bits.
01:05:14I needed some air while I was watching you.
01:05:18Welcome.
01:05:19Welcome to Team Guy.
01:05:20Thank you so much, Guy.
01:05:21You're a legend.
01:05:22I'll see you in a bit.
01:05:23Thanks, Guy.
01:05:24See ya.
01:05:25I feel amazing.
01:05:26I didn't think that I'd get one,
01:05:28let alone four shares, so...
01:05:29It was good.
01:05:30Yeah.
01:05:31It was between Adam and Guy, definitely.
01:05:33But I think deep down it just felt like the right choice.
01:05:36I think Guy got it.
01:05:38Yeah.
01:05:46You got a good one there.
01:05:47Guy's amazing.
01:05:48That's like an MPV of the team kind of thing.
01:05:52And like a really sweet soul as well.
01:05:56Oh my gosh, so sweet.
01:05:57Like really calming.
01:05:58Really genuine.
01:05:59It's amazing when you're artists,
01:06:01and you're the coach,
01:06:02but then the artist actually has the ability
01:06:04to calm you and ground you.
01:06:05It's like...
01:06:06Yeah, amazing.
01:06:07To have someone like Guy,
01:06:09that's everything I look for.
01:06:11That's what makes you excited,
01:06:12because for me it just opens up everything.
01:06:15I can do anything with Guy.
01:06:17We can go anywhere and I know it'll be special.
01:06:20That's what excites me the most about The Voice.
01:06:23We're here to create magic moments,
01:06:25but you need the right artist to be able to do that.
01:06:28This is The Voice.
01:06:58These incredible artists grant him an early release.
01:07:03You do have the key, right?
01:07:05Do we have a key?
