01:04Well, we want one, and we're going to get one one way or the other, Steiner.

01:13So you better remember that.
01:15And of course, Jim Cornett would really love to see his team, the Midnight Express, get an opportunity to have a rematch
01:20with the Steiner Brothers for the U.S. Tag Titles.
01:23Bob Kyle and I have been joined by Thunder Oak Patterson.
01:25And Bolt, you still have that keen interest in the Steiners.
01:27And I know you've been scouting a lot of teams in recent weeks.
01:30Yes, I'm thankful that World Championship Wrestling has given me the opportunity to get out and scout around
01:38for some of the best wrestlers in the business today.

01:43I believe that those two individuals, the sky's the limit for them.
01:47They have all the ability in that ring.
01:50You know, Bolt, you've been in the wrestling profession for many, many years.
01:54In all sides of the profession.
01:56And I think we both will agree, and Bob will as well, the Steiners are World Championship material.

02:03It may be just a matter of time, and perhaps with your guidance, that they can be there again.

03:36Well, an altercation occurred between Doom, the World Tag Team Champions, and the former World Champion, Nature Boy, Ric Flair.
03:43We want to go back and show you what happened during that interview, and then we're going to hear from each side.
03:47We'll hear from Doom as well as from the Horseman.
03:50But right now, let's look at this.
03:52Ladies and gentlemen, we're standing here this week talking with Ric Flair.
03:55Ric, could you tell me, with Sting and also the dudes with Attitudes, what are your plans for the future?

07:38Reno Riggins trying to show some offense against Big Ron Simmons.
07:42And, Bob, when you think about the skills of Arn Anderson and Ric Flair pitted against the skills of Doom,
07:48it's one of those matches that's really too close to call.
07:51Jim, you're 100% right.
07:52You've got 550 pounds of mean in that ring, and we're talking about mean from the streets in Doom.
07:58You know, the Steiners are one of the strongest combinations in professional wrestling,
08:03but I tell you, you put the world champions right in that same category.
08:07And I don't think there's any way that this team here, Riggins and Williams, can go with a champion.
08:11Strength, power, and all the experience as a tag team, they're intensely just overwhelming in the ring.

08:24Bob, we've got great action kicking it off tonight with some live wrestling.

08:52Anderson and Flair are known as great strategists, great tacticians in the ring.
08:58They're going to have to really have their game plan fine-tuned
09:01to offset the tremendous power advantage of Doom when those two teams meet for the world title.

09:11and try to muscle it out with this team.

12:18Terry Taylor wanted to make a comment to you, and here's what he had to say just prior to going on the air.
12:25Oh yeah, the thrill is back!
12:27Yeah, it's great for me to be back in the NWA, and I've been walking around with an ear-to-ear grip because I'm happy to be here!
12:33The only thing going on in professional wrestling is happening right here in the NWA.
12:37And yes, I'm going to be five-arm on my way all through the competition to get to the top.
12:41Taylor referring to that great offensive move of his, that forearm, called the five-arm,
12:45and he's in there with a big, rough individual.
12:47Death Row, well over 300 pounds, maybe in that 400-pound category,
12:51so it's a great test for Taylor to take on that big man.
12:54Well, he's going to have to call on all of his skills and expertise in his wrestling experience,
12:58his years of experience in the ring.
13:00Jim, this young man is delighted to be back in the NWA,

13:06and the fans are happy to have him.
13:08It's always really a pleasure to watch him in the ring.
13:10He's a great competitor, nice arm drag takeover, taking the big man off his feet.
13:14And as we have said many times, looking at the human game of chess that is professional wrestling,
13:19you take a big man like Death Row off his feet, you certainly neutralize the strength.
13:23Get him down onto the mat, and that's where the strengths become a lot more equal.
13:27He doesn't have that tremendous power, plus that height, all that weight he can't use to his advantage when he's flat on the mat.
13:32And Taylor would be very wise, Jim, if he can, to keep him on the mat as much as possible during the match.
13:38Ladies and gentlemen, a little bit later in this segment, Bob and I are going to take another look at that Stan Hansen attack,
13:44that altercation with Lex Luger.
13:46Hansen is vehement about being the next United States heavyweight champion,
13:50and he and Lex Luger with a pending matchup.
13:53We'll keep our eye on that situation and focus on it a little bit later in this segment
13:57as Death Row catches Terry Taylor coming in with that knee and a big, almost European-like forearm,
14:03and scoops him up in a slam.
14:05Well, he shows you right there he's not only big, but he's awfully strong and powerful.
14:10Almost 400 pounds coming down on Terry Taylor.
14:13This could be all, but Taylor reaches down and kicks out at two.
14:17Fans, let me remind you about Tuesday the 18th.
14:20The World Championship Wrestling will be on tour in Jasper, Georgia at the Pickens County Middle School
14:25and in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina at the Convention Center.

15:18Right now, we want to focus on a feud involving the United States Heavyweight Championship.
15:22Stan Hansen certainly made his presence known, Bob, at the clash against Lex Luger.
15:26We're going to hear from both men, but first, we're going to see that altercation.
15:29Jim, Lex, no doubt about it, is a great champion.
15:31But Stan Hansen, big, strong, powerful individual, as well as mean.
15:35You know, he not only chews tobacco, I've seen the rascal eat it.
15:38I'll tell you something, he is a bad, bad man, well over 300 pounds.
15:41And he certainly made his presence known, as we said, at the clash.
15:44Let's go take a look at what happened.
15:46Luger thought he had won, and he thought he had the count of three.
15:50This is the type of intensity you'll see at Halloween Havoc.
15:53October 23rd on pay-per-view.
16:02That was a cheap shot. That was a real cheap shot by Ric Flair.
16:06He says he's the dirtiest in the game.

27:29When a man like that makes a statement, Jim,

27:31because normally if he's like Sid Vicious,
27:33and Sid Vicious can,
27:35he always backs up what he says.
27:37And he says he's going to be
27:39the world heavyweight champion.
27:41Jimmy, Sting is the type of individual
27:45that's not going to sidestep anybody.
27:47So you know that he's going to be right there.
27:49He's going to meet him toe-to-toe.
27:51He's going to stand to him face-to-face.
27:53Anything can happen.
27:54But, Bob, the killer part about it
27:55is that Sting is unable
27:57to completely focus on Sid Vicious right now
27:59because he's got the black scorpion
