00:00If you're a crier like me, then it has been a Paralympics day two for you.
00:07I had tears flowing at the velodrome watching Corey Boddington in his debut Paralympics
00:12win gold and then Emily Petricola back up her Tokyo 2020 gold with another one in Paris.
00:19After her race, Emily spoke about how difficult it's been getting to these Paralympics and
00:24the eight week flare up that she's had dealing with her MS and how important it was to have
00:28her friends and her family at the velodrome supporting her in person to win this gold.
00:34And it was a really lovely moment and it just was an exciting moment to see all of that
00:39hard work come to fruition for Emily.
00:41Meanwhile, in the wheelchair rugby, the Steelers cinched a two-try win over the French, which
00:46is always quite nice, celebrating Riley Batt's 350th game and Andrew Edmondson's 200th.
00:51Now if you ask me, that's a pretty good way to celebrate a milestone in the pool.
00:56We made it to some finals, we didn't quite get any medals, but there was plenty of happy
01:00faces going around and our wheelchair rollers are still just short of their first win, but
01:05they've got more games to come.
