00:00Local shares rose after inflation dropped in August. The main index added 25.85 points, or 0.38%, to close at 6,907.97, while all shares increased 9.75 points, or 0.26%, to finish at 3,739.27.
00:21Sectoral gauges were mixed. Financials, industrials, service went up while holding firms, property, and mining and oil retreated. Total volume of shares traded was Php 518 million, valued at Php 5.074 billion.
