05:18He was staying back with the elders,
05:19lapping up all the attention as grandfather to the pack's new Luna.
05:23Noah took out a ring of keys as they climbed the steps to the fourth floor of
05:27the house and walked down a long hallway.
05:30He fitted the key into an enormous door and turned the lock.
05:33So they can lock me in, Trinity muttered.
05:36Aunt Eve hugged her tighter.
05:38Then Trinity entered the bedroom.
05:40All the scared thoughts fled her mind.
05:42She gasped, whoa, whoa, the room was massive.
05:48It was easily four times bigger than her room at home.
05:51A huge four poster bed with a canopy and
05:54ornately carved wooden headboard stood at the very back of the chamber.
05:58It was covered with a sky blue comforter and
06:00the pillows and canopy drapes were of navy silk.
06:03All the furniture matched the bed.
06:05Everything was made from the same dark, beautifully hand carved wood.
06:09There was a nice stand on either side of the bed, each with its own lamp.
06:14There was a chest of drawers, a dress with a mirror, an armory,
06:18a vanity table and chair with a navy blue cushion, and
06:21a beautiful wooden trunk at the foot of the bed.
06:24Too bad they couldn't find you anything nicer, Carter said weakly.
06:27He meant it as a joke.
06:29Trinity gave his arm a soft punch.
06:32On the other side of the enormous chamber was a sitting area complete with a navy
06:36blue couch and sky blue pillows.
06:38There was an enormous flat screen TV mounted on the wall
06:41with rows of shelves built on either side of the screen.
06:45I could put my books and DVDs there, Trinity said,
06:48already trying to think of ways to make this grand chilly room feel more like
06:51a home.
06:53You'll have it warmed up in no time, Aunt Eve said softly.
06:56On the other side of the sitting room was a wooden desk with what looked like
07:00a state of the art laptop.
07:02There was also a dining room table and four chairs.
07:05Everything was beautiful, perfect, and way too much.
07:09This isn't me at all, Trinity mumbled.
07:12I'm not the type for so much fancy stuff.
07:15You'll have to be, Noah replied.
07:17He sounded a bit gruff.
07:19Now that you're Luna, you'll have to be accustomed to many new things.
07:23Let me show you around.
07:24Are you serious?
07:25Carter snapped at his brother.
07:27You're going to act like nothing happened, like this is all normal.
07:32Trinity felt gratitude.

07:40Everyone needs to stop fighting, Aunt Eve glared at her sons.

07:47While her family bickered, Trinity walked over to another door and
07:50flipped the light on in the bathroom.

07:55I expected my own bathroom, but not this.
08:00There was a bathtub built into the floor that looked like the size of

08:04Trinity noticed there were jacuzzi jets.
08:06There was also a glass-encased shower with a bench.
08:09Trinity would bet anything the bench was kept warm with flowing hot water so
08:13it would be comfortable to sit on.
08:15There were also 12 or so different nozzles.
08:18She could be enveloped by hot water and steam.
08:23Can't imagine what the water bills are like here, she muttered.
08:27The floors and sinks were all tiled in creamy marble and
08:30fluffy white towels hung on silver racks.
08:33It's nice, isn't it?
08:35Noah entered the bathroom.
08:37There's a full staff on the premises too.
08:39We have people to cook, clean, and do laundry.
08:42They work in shifts, so at any hour of the day or
08:44night someone can take care of any issue you may have.
08:48Guess all my annoying household chores are a thing of the past.
08:52Trinity couldn't make herself smile.
08:54This was every girl's dream.
08:56So why did it feel like a nightmare?

09:21He knew she was right.
09:22Trinity surveyed all the beautiful accessories in her new home and
09:26realized that she was now a prisoner.
