00:07That's what fishermen need in another way.
00:13It's called paniniksay.
00:16Paniniksay is a tradition of the fishermen here in Calumpit.
00:20And they usually do it when there's no work to do.
00:24What they use is an improvised air gun made of wood,
00:27wood, and a stick.
00:30It requires a strong focus and a long patience.
00:39What they usually catch here is Tilapia.
00:50They first saute ginger,
00:53garlic,
00:55and onion.
01:00Next, they add coconut milk.
01:03This is pure coconut milk?
01:05Second or first squeeze?
01:07First squeeze.
01:09It will boil for a few minutes.
01:12Then they season it with pepper,
01:16seasoning,
01:18and a little salt.
01:20Next, they mix in the long pepper and chili.
01:25When it boils,
01:27they can now add the fried tilapia.
01:35Later, they can taste the tilapia coconut milk.

01:41Our tilapia coconut milk is now cooked.
