00:00The name of the former President Rodrigo Duterte appeared in the Quad Committee hearing yesterday in Camara

00:05discussing the imprisonment of three Chinese drag lords in Davao in 2016.

00:11But the former administration's camp turned its back on them.

00:19In the 5th hearing of the House Quad Committee,

00:22the former warden of Davao Prison and Penal Farm,

00:27Bureau of Corrections Senior Superintendent, Gerardo Padilla,

00:30informed the former President Rodrigo Duterte about the meeting.

00:35This was in connection with the three Chinese drag lords in Davao Prison in 2016.

00:42In his testimony, Padilla confirmed the statement of the inmate, Leopoldo Tan, Jr.

00:49Tan said that the former President Duterte ordered them to leave

00:53so that the three drag lords could be put in jail.
