16:35But I'm here to say that it doesn't feel like Jacob Cowling is ready to be out there and be relied upon

22:52The very next play there was a penalty and after that the penalty it was a it was a false starter
22:59It was a dead ball foul and he immediately took a knee and then that was it Debo went to the sideline
23:04So yeah, clearly he hurt the calf on that last catch that he had in the red zone
